Zales Outlet

Nick is so awesome. We travel just over an hour to come to this Zales because he is so great. We have been to other Zales closer to home and they just dont do it for us. Nick is so knowledgeable, patient and kind!

This was my first time visiting a Zales outlet. It was worth the experience. I entered, there were 2 sales ladies right inside the store. There was NO other customers in the store. I was greeted with warmth and helpfulness. I saw what I wanted right in the front middle case as I entered.. 2 10kt gold hoop earrings. They were both 70% off. They were just the sizes I was looking for. As I decided on my purchases we chatted like old friends. One of the ladies even offering suggestions of places to visit while here. I enjoyed my experience here and look forward to my next visit.

Nancy Slater was so helpful and patient despite issues with the card company. We would love to come back and shop with her again.

Visited the store to get a present for my 16-year-old daughter. Nick and Nancy were very patient and explained all the options and were very professional showing me different options. I felt that they took their time and knew very well what they were talking about. I’ve gone to other jewelry stores and was put off by either the non-attention or the overbearing salesmanship. this was very different. They were excellent and I will be coming back. I highly recommend it.

Went there to use a gift card for my fiancé birthday. Had a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. They answered all of questions but also gave us space to look around. Definitely the best zales I’ve ever been too.

We entered Zales Outlet store and was quickly greeted by Nancy Slater. Lots of big smiles, and really knows her business. Thanks again Nancy we are enjoying the item we purchased. By the way Zales was the only retail store that DIDNOT give me a Military Discount. Not Cool.

Had a great experience with this location. Josie took the time to answer my questions regarding engagement rings, and was able to find diamonds quickly that were exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this store and Josie.
