The food was amazing! The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming.

Daniel, our server, was fantastic.

The chips were warm and out of the fryer. The guacamole was fresh and good. The carne asada tacos, the enchiladas verdes, and the chicken chimichangas were all very good. They had a different twist on all the food, which was a refreshing change.

Definitely recommend and plan on coming back.

The food was absolutely delicious. Biggest portions I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. A huge variety of menu options. 2 meals, 3 adult beverages, a side of cheese and a side of jalapeños was only $61 before the tip. Would definitely recommend this place.

Unbelievable, I ordered at work drove down there and my food was ready at the door. These guys know their service and the food is absolutely delicious!

I have been coming here for a long time. Food is always great and service is top notch. This is our go to spot for the kids birthdays, they love the staff coming out and sing happy birthday. Grilled quesidilla is great among other things!

The food was excellent, hot, & quickly served. I ordered a Super Burrito and a soft taco both awesome, my wife had a Chicken Taco Salad. We came in with another couple, he had a steak & shrimp platter & a tamale. This is our second time visiting this restaurant and guaranteed it will not be our last..

Visiting from Mexico (Native Iowan) can say that the food here at EL VALLARTA is even BETTER than in Old Mexico. The BURRITO at EL VALLARTA was full of Steak vs in Mexico it’s full of Rice & Beans. VIVA EL VALLARTA!!

Only place open on a Sunday evening besides fast food, so we gave it a try. Very pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. It was very busy, obviously, but the service was great, and we were served several rounds of chips and salsa while waiting. I would put the food on par with Los Olivos in old Town Scottsdale (extremely popular place for decades), which is to say it is absolutely fabulous!

Great place with tasty authentic Mexican dishes. Fast and polite staff. The vegetarian burrito grande was excellent! The fajitas are my usual choice...sizzling hot and tasty.

The food is Phenomenal! The staff is extremely attentive and always glad to see you! If you have not tried it, you need to make it a must visit!!!!

It's the best restaurant in Blair! Never once had something that wasn't good. Been eating here since it opened. Fast service. And have had almost no mistakes with my orders in all the years. Love it!

Nice Mexican restaurant in Blair, NE! They have delicious horchata and the pork tips burrito meal I got was very good. The place has a clean feel and a friendly staff. Service was adequately fast. Every meal comes with free sopapillas and chips and salsa! Would definitely go back!
