Big Red storage made getting a new shed much easier than any other storage facility I have used before. The process was very efficient. The facility is very clean and secure in every way. The climatized storage units are perfect for keeping my items in good condition. Big red storage provides exactly what they state online.

Big Red Self Storage has been so great so far! When I first moved stuff in, I hadn’t secured my lock properly and Doug contacted me to let me know my unit wasn’t secure. The units and the hallways are so clean and well taken care of. Doug does a great job of taking care of the property. I have peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe and secure! Highly recommend.

I needed a temporary storage before selling my Dad's house after he passed away. I was able to get a temperature controlled unit (had to make sure all those family photos stayed in good condition), before packing everything up to drive it all to NYC. Doug was always helpful with my questions and the load-in/load-out was easy. My advice: look up your entry code/PIN before arriving and maybe take a screenshot, that was super helpful when I couldn't remember the number off hand.

Crime in my neighborhood has become a major concern. This facility is 90 miles away. I wouldn't have trusted my priceless memories and possessions with anyone I had any doubts about. This place is amazing. Very clean very secure and access was perfect for my situation (wheelchair user) . Doug went above and beyond to answer all my questions and that gave me the peace of mind I needed. Can't rec highly enough.

Very easy to work with! Extremely satisfied with customer service and clean, newer facilities. Safe area and gated, security. Was even able to use a FREE moving truck when moving out, for a half day. Highly recommend.

I rented this unit online and everything was super easy. The manager was helpful. The area is well lit, unit is easy to access, clean and even a flatbed was available to use. PLUS they will provide a moving truck - I will be making arrangements for that soon. I’d recommend this big bed facility to anyone that needs a place to store things especially in southeast Lincoln. (They said I need to someone flexible to use the truck, regarding date and time but free is good!)

This is the second summer we have used this location for storage for our UNL student. Facility is clean, easy to get into and out of along with great staff. Love the online set up/registration and great communication from staff.

Setting up the reservation online was super simple. Getting the free truck rental set up with Doug was a simple 5 minute phone call.

Having rented multiple storage units for businesses over the years, this was by far the easiest.
