When I was searching for a storage unit I called about 20 of them. I settled on StorageMart. Doug was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I started. I could tell Doug takes his job seriously and he is very good at it. The property was very clean, safe and secure. I would definitely recommend doing business with StorageMart.

I have been renting from StorageMart in Lincoln for years. I have always had great service no matter who was working. Doug has always been understanding, helpful and kind. I called in recently and Rebekah was terrific. She went out of her way. She was nice, patient with me, happy to help, knew her stuff right right away on how to help. She reassured me when I was worried. And helped me until we were done no matter that we were coming up on her quitting time. Thank you Rebekah and StorageMart.

Doug, and his team at Storage Mart did a great job helping through the storage rental process. The storage units were very clean upon arrival. Very helpful staff. When I broke a key to my lock, Doug tried to fix my broken lock but was not able to, so instead they were able to provide me a used lock, at no cost to me. Maybe I was lucky they had the used lock available, but they were very helpful, as they went the extra mile for me. Highly recommend this storage facility. Very secure and safe with a gate code needed to enter & exit the storage area.

I had an incredible experience renting storage space here over the summer! Incredible customer service from Doug--he was great to talk with and explained renting and payment options down to the last detail. No hidden fees, surprise bills, etc. He also gave me a large map of the facility with arrows pointing directly to my unit when I checked in which was very helpful for me :)

The storage space was clean and felt safe going in and out at various times throughout the day. As a woman moving things on my own I was a bit concerned about safety when choosing a place and this was not at all an issue here.

I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

It was an amazing experience I spoke with Earnie on the phone and Doug in person and both employees of this company were fantastic respectful honest and made me comfortable with my purchase I highly recommend the storage rental service. They were super helpful. I originally had my move date on a Sunday but I couldn’t so they were willing to Let me come the Friday before with no problem. They are very kind while talking over the phone. When I got there the day of picking up my key the lady at the front desk was super sweet and helped me find my way to the gate because I was confused where to go. I would 100% recommend storage mart if you’re looking to store your stuff some place

Storages are clean, well kept, secure, and the manager was very friendly. It even came with a free brand new lock! I highly recommend this place

The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful in explaining everything I needed to know during my rental check in. Doug was kind enough to map out exactly where my storage unit was located so there wasn’t any confusion. Very welcoming experience overall!
