Dino's Storage

Jen has been one of the easiest people that I have ever dealt with on every level. We have storage rental at Dino's which is clean, safe and a very well run business and I believe that's because of Jen and her extremely exceptional customer service. We also use a conference room there once a week and she has been very accommodating to meet our needs with that, as well.

Jenn has amazing customer service. Any questions we have she always has answerd and is extremely helpful. She made sure our move in went smoothly. Since then she has continued to provide great customer service. The facility is very nice and well kept. We trust our property is safe there.

Jen was awesome! Walked me through everything and answered all my questions. She's so nice and it was easy to get ahold of her. The storage facility is so nice and super clean. Great experience and highly recommend!! 10/10 for everything

Jennifer was super helpful in giving me all of the info I needed to get a storage unit. there were so many things I didn't know for a first time use of a storage unit. I thought it was so simple but she really did answer my many questions I recommend going to her for the future.

I am elderly and by myself when it comes to physically moving things. Jen helped me get a unit on the main floor which helps a lot. She also helped me with the lease signup since my computer skills are not great. Moving is stressful enough and she was kind and very patient

Excellent service! Knowledgeable and very friendly! I called Jenn over the phone and she gave me a run down of everything before coming in to see the units. She explained how everything worked, walked me around the premises to see the layouts and just gave the best customer service experience. She deserves a raise!

this is for the N84th location i love it! so convenient and great space with plenty of amenities ( bathrooms, internet, power outlets in storage if needed). Jennifer was great in accommodating all my needs and is always there if i have any needs or question. if your looking for great storage facility this is the one!

Jen was great! Came in later in the evening and she helped me apply and find the right unit. Was straight forward about prices and details, charges, etc. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice indoor storage units that are cheaper than I'm paying for across town for same size. Also, Jenn was very accommodating to my fur babies and I by allowing them to come in out of the heat. She also did an excellent job of of quickly getting us set up. Even though I forgot my wallet. HUGE KUDOS Jenn! Thank you so much!

So far, super happy with Dino's! Checked in with Jenn, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed. Paper work/checking in was fast, easy, and super low-hassle. Complex is safe and secure. Prices are seriously incredible for Lincoln! I 10/10 recommend.
