I had an issue with my truck overheating, I called these people up and they told me to bring it right in, after getting checked in, to my surprise they had my truck in the shop within 15 minutes. From the people at the service desk to the mechanics working on the truck, these people were phenomenal.
I would highly recommend these people to my friends

Great service every time. I've gotten service or purchased parts from various Pete Store and the diligence in customer service and getting me back on the road has always been a constant. Even in the last day of the year, the Plainville store worked hard to find my parts. Thank you for your good service. Happy New Years.

Service Department has excellent communication and does an outstanding job getting our trucks done and back on the road. Heather Sullivan (service manager) does an amazing job ensuring the details of the repairs and parts status is explained.

This by far the best repair shop I have been. No I'm not a paid commenter. I'm a rookie truck driver and haven't been to many repair shops but this one is very cool. The staff was nice. They bought me lunch(perfect time cuzz I was actually pretty hungry,I only had coffee for breakfast. They have a free shower(oh and bring a towel and wash rag,they don't have here. I'm not complaining,I'm just giving you a heads up). I still got me a shower and just drip dried lol,not a big deal,it was still nice to be able to shower. Also they have a pig parking yard. Easy to manuever your truck around the property. And the place was clean,and nice comfortable driver lounge. It was worth the hour out of my way drive to get my truck looked at. If you ever near here I recommend it. Thanks guys for making a nice place for drivers to come if needed.

I pulled in on Friday late afternoon with wiring issues causing the truck to
de rate. The staff was awesome. Managed to look at the truck on Monday despite service department already fully booked. Monday early afternoon the truck was fixed and ready to go. Can't thank them enough.

I have dealt with service on a couple of occasions, and they did an excellent job, the most recent time I needed to bring in a specialized truck and explained our need to get it back in service as soon as possible, a dn Christine and Todd got right to it and got the truck back to us in less than a day, They really did a great job. Thanks again.

A part that was in NATIONAL BACK ORDER UP TO 6 MONTHS OUT and they had 2 in stock I got it in 2 days to Cali thanks you guys I can't thank you enough really great service

These guys took care of me, motor blown and needed a rebuild, took them only 2 weeks to get me back on the road. One of the service writers even took the time out his day to drop me off at a enterprise so I could head home. Got zero complaints about these folks.

Excellent shop. Very friendly people here, gave me a ride to the hotel down the street and then picked me up next day when the truck was done. If you're in the area and need work done then come here. They will treat you right.

Awesome service. Had my truck towed in on Thursday they got my truck in the shop not long after and found my problems ordered all parts and was out of there Friday. Thank you

What an awesome bunch of people... Christine is an absolute joy to talk to and the service tech that services my ride (name unknown) took a few minutes to talk to me about the service and not just cold shoulder me.. I would recommend this facility to anyone... Great job guys

I pulled in there 2 days ago to buy some filters. I needed to change a stud. It's the part where the filter screws on to. CAT gave me the wrong one so the guy from peterbilt suggested i just change out the whole metal plate that the stud screws into. Showed me what i needed to do and i had the tools so i got to work. Saved me alot of money and time. These are the kind of people we need. Thank you. For the suggestion and advise.

So I can believe scrolling down through the reviews for this place how many good one y'all have. Well here's one more. That guy with the damp leaf spring though :') what a flipping cry baby. Either way my company sent me here because they said y'all were my best option, I don't doubt what they say and they haven't messed me up yet.

Staff was very helpful and friendly make you feel that your truck is in good hands

Been very nice, great customer service. They even have showers up in the drivers lounge for drivers who cant manage to get a shower. Great facility.
