Had a tree fall through my porch in the winter and cause significant damage. Jalbert contracting went above and beyond to repair the damage. When my truck broke down on the way up to see the property, Brian’s wife came to me with a gallon of antifreeze on the rd . Now that’s full service to me .Their work is excellent and meticulous detail throughout the rebuild. Highly recommend in this family. Their worker are highly skilled and do an excellent job cleaning up the grounds. Like they were never there.

In the 3 years we’ve lived in the Alton we have had both minor and a major projects done (roof and door sill repair and handicapped ramp built, power washing) and Jalbert’s did a great job every time. Brian’s teams are courteous and professional making sure the job is done right. They keep you informed about all aspects of the job and are patient with homeowner questions providing honest, clear explanation of how they plan to do the job or why something can’t be done a certain way.

We worked with Brian to replace our roof on our house and garage. The house is very tall and the roof is all steeply pitched. He was competitive on pricing and was super helpful in color and shingle type choices.

We called Brian to replace our old roof two years ago and were amazed at how quickly he responded to us compared to other contractors. After a consultation where he went over all of our options, they were able to do the job in only one day within the week. Recently, my seller used him for her roof as well and Brian and his crew went above and beyond the roof replacement. The house needed quite a bit of work to make it look presentable and make the sale go more smoothly. In addition to the roof, they repaired rot on the trim, power washed, replaced the lead on the chimney, repaired broken windows, did some paint touch ups and did the badly needed landscaping. Jalbert Construction was able to take care of all the necessary repair work in just one day, which I know would have taken weeks or months if we had to call separate contractors to address these issues. The work done was top notch and seamless, and Brian kept me up to date on the work being done throughout the day. This made a huge difference in my client’s ability to sell the house at her asking price, with the usual negotiation process after inspection where all of these issue would have come up.

After searching for 3 years for a contractor who would actually show up, to paint and freshen up the house, we found Brian at Jalbert Contracting and are very pleased. Brian and Dana came and inspected. They pointed out areas that should be repaired prior to painting and followed up in a reasonable timely manner with reasonable pricing. The job was started and completed rather quickly despite weather issues. Staining decks and wood trim was offered at a good rate and within the job timeline. Cleanup was done daily. Excellent from start to finish. Shingles blew off my grandmother's roof in the storm just before Christmas and water was coming inside the house. Jalbert was the first company I called because they are local and I could not have been happier. They went out of their way during the holidays to get new roof on her house with a lifetime guarantee. Brian and his crew worked through the snow, cold, and dark to give my grandmother's house a beautiful new roof she will never have to worry about again. They normally don't do roofs this time of year but made an exception due to the circumstances. Excellent, prompt communication throughout, great company all around.

They replaced all rotten or soft wood which was extensive, a great deal of work. Then they power washed, sanded, primed and stained the house. Our deck was very weather-beaten, and I didn't think it could be restored to look new again. Jalbert Contracting did an amazing job, using top grade products, and the deck looks like new. Everyone who stops by comments on it, and we love how it came out!
They also met their proposed schedule, as well as their estimate. Recently purchased my 1st home and it needed siding repairs and a serious painting ( 30 years of different colored flaking paint). After trying to contact multiple contractors in the lakes region and being stood up multiple times, Brain responded timely. He reviewed the work and sent an estimate within a couple days of responding. They stayed true to the timeline and budget. Wednesday evening after the torrential downpour I heard drip drip drip coming from my bathroom. Investigating the problem I noticed my ceiling had a 12" x 3" water stain. Thursday morning I called Brian. He came out immediately with crew, climbed onto my roof, found the leak and fixed it.
