Lou's Custom Exhaust

Every time I come here they continue to surprise me! They have continuously provided fast and dependable service for my older vehicle. Extremely fair pricing and they are wonderful at explaining exactly what they will be doing to your vehicle (which is wonderful if you don’t know anything about cars like myself). Every time I have been given a quote, when it comes time to pay my bill it is always the exact quote given! I found Lou’s through a family member and now will not go anywhere else, they are wonderful and I cannot say enough great things about these guys!!

My truck was getting a bit loud, obviously it needed a new muffler. I saw the sign for Lou's Muffler shop when going to the gym across the street. I made an appointment and brought the truck in a few minutes early. The folks took it in almost immediately and completed the job in less than a half hour. Excellent work, the truck is quiet, got a competitive price and didn't take up my whole afternoon. Nice guys working there as well.

I have never had any bad experiences with Lou's in Plymouth, MA location. My exhaust pipe snapped on the highway and I brought it in and they fixed it for me same day. The guts there are amazing and very friendly.

I have used Lou's 4 times over the last two years for exhaust work on 4 different vehicles with exhaust leaks. Each time the service, quality of repair and price have been fantastic! They are my go to place for any exhaust repairs. I can't say enough great things about Lou's! They are the BEST!!

I always recommend Lou’s exhaust to my friends with muffler problems because they will find the problem and surgically weld a pipe to fix the problem. This is way cheaper than taking it to a chain muffler service or your local mechanic. A regular place will simply order you a replacement component and charge you a bundle for parts and labor. Lou’s will get you in and out because they don’t have to replace parts, they can repair them and it lasts just as long as it would if you paid for a new one. I swear by these guys!

Lous Plymouth was awesome . Fixed my exhaust the same day and they did what I asked . I find that rarely done at mechanics.

Always great.. Shops I usually go to recommend Lou’s for all my exhaust needs because they do great work.. had flawless exhaust work on both of my cars and now that I know they do brakes that’s where I’m going next because I overpaid someplace else.

Friendly staff, efficiency, and quality. Dropped my truck off without an appointment and a full exhaust was done by 3:30 pm the same day. Only thing i forgot was a sticker to promote this awesome local business.

Timing was such that they were able to diagnose..repair and invoice in a total of approx 35 mins. Very professional and attentive. My 1988 mustang....they did my last muffler nearly 15 or more years ago!!.. just had two pipes replaced..service excellent from phone to customer service to the great job and fair pricing..10 stars for sure

Lou’s in Plymouth recently installed a 19” Borla cat back exhaust system in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I am very happy with the results.

For sound: I didn’t want a loud exhaust so I went with the larger Borla and the resulting sound is a very clean, low rumble on start up with a very manicured low tone driving around. It is a bit quieter than my stock exhaust but the sound quality is much better.

For performance: My Jeep starts up much quicker. It is also now shifting much better, especially on the highway where I would often see my RPMs get above 4000 to get up to 75-80mph. I’ve driven about 1,000 miles on the new system and now it rarely gets above 3000 RPM when getting up to speed.

For customer experience: Very professional service with easy scheduling. I dropped it off in the morning and had it back the same day.
