I never write on line reviews. Seeing a couple people give Artech 1 star reminds me of why I have no faith in these types of reviews but also motivated me to comment. I have purchased from Artech multiple times over the past few years and never had a negative experience (have purchased skis, poles, clothing, wax, diamond stones, etc). I'm sure they get swamped during the busy season (since they have such low prices) and occasionally make mistakes. But they have always been a source of low prices and good information for me. I would recommend them to anyone who asked about where to buy race gear.

Super fast service, good prices. On my last order I realized I wanted to add another relatively inexpensive tuning item after placing the order. Sent a chat message and they simply threw the item and no charge. Great customer service!

Just bought a pair of training pants for my daughter. Size did not fit. It cost us $37 to ship them back on a $180 order. I would never buy clothing from this company again without a guarantee from them that I get a return label like most other online companies I purchase clothing from. I have bought tools and skis from this company over the years considering I have four racers. I will never make the mistake of buying clothing again.

For what it’s worth my experience with this company has always been good but this clothing purchase has tarnished that. I’ll stick to tools, and wax.

We ordered a pair of Leki ski poles in March 2018 and we received them damaged. Artechski does not communicate at all! We did finally get a response 2 months later and sent them back in with a return authorization. Now after 4 months we still have not received a refund or replacement. Will NOT do business with again!

ordered 2 pairs of Jr. Atomic skis for my son which they didn’t have in stock on October 4th and paid 1,008. Made them very aware I needed them before we left for training in CO mid-November. 4 weeks went by and they still didn't get the order filled. Sent an email to Artech on November 6th explaining the situation and I had to cancel the order with them having no other choice as it was getting too close to the deadline. Ordered the skis and bindings from local shop (who also had to special order) which they got for me in three days!

No response from Artech after I canceled the order! Received a refund on my card for 883.50. When asked what this refund represented Beth at Artech explained they charged me a 25% restocking fee of 224.50 and with an explanation that it wasn’t their fault that Atomic couldn’t fill the order! So they charge a restocking fee for items they didn't even have in stock!

No warning or any mention of this 25% fee at all. Unbelievable especially since I have spent thousands with them over the years and I was very satisfied. Sent many emails and left messages trying to be reasonable...0% response. So Artech is now an unreasonable group of theives who have 0 interest in making it right or even discussing an issue. I am now taking appropriate action to get my stolen money back!

Obviously will never be using them again and encouraging others to do the same.

Not sure who is leading this operation but good luck keeping Artech in business!

Artechski operates void of a code of ethics. They made a complete mess of an overnight shipping order that we needed timely (that didn't arrive) for a race, assumed no responsibility when contacted stating that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing more they could do; told to take our business elsewhere and hung up the phone on us!!...all the while refusing to remove the charge (until further action was taken). Neither supervisor nor owner responded to repeated correspondence attempting to rectify their error; they simply refused to communicate once they had our money. Suffice it to say our experience was surreal, a complete lack of customer service and zero accountability for their incompetence-an absolute disgrace. I would give Artechski a zero rating if allowed.
