David's Rug Cleaning

We had a fantastic experience with David's rug cleaning service!!! I heard about him from a friend in my town who had used his services and was pleased. David was able to pick up our first rug from one location and deliver to a different location, which was super helpful. He is friendly and personable and shares his deep knowledge about antique rugs and their care and value very freely. It's always so obvious when you meet someone who enjoys his work and likes to share that enthusiasm with others! His team of young and strong helpers were fast and efficient in the pickup and delivery and placement of the rugs, and the team was very careful about getting the placement just right. That involved some moving of heavy furniture, and this all was done safely, quickly, and carefully. The cleaning and repair of the rug happened so quickly--one week flat. We later had David clean a second Iranian rug for us, and the experience was just as perfect. He also recommended the best way to restore the rugs' fringe, and the results are spectacular. Prices seem fair as well. As you can tell I really appreciated everything about this professional experience. Thanks, David!

I used David’s Rug Cleaning to clean my rugs after my home in Princeton was flooded during Hurricane Ida. I thought I would have to throw my expensive Persian rugs in the dumpster as a casualty of the flood. When I called David, he told me that he could clean the rugs. He instructed me to hang the rugs over my porch rail to allow them to air dry until he could pick them up. He picked up the rugs and returned beautiful, clean rugs that looked like new. I could not be more pleased. I have since used David to clean all the rugs in my home including a valuable antique silk Persian rug. David provides outstanding customer service. He is prompt with pick up and delivery and his prices are very reasonable for the outstanding service he provides. I give David an A+

We've used David's Rug cleaning to treat our area rugs twice now over about a 5 year period. Always professional and prompt. They were able to give us a 1-hour window for pickup and delivery. And they were in and out out of our house very quickly. When the rugs came back, I was shocked at how much brighter they looked. I will definitely use their services again.

We had three synthetic rugs cleaned, two of which had sizeable stains. They were returned looking like new. David's Rug Cleaning was punctual and very professional. David's rug cleaning is extremely professional and the job turned out great. I am very embarrassed to say that my rug hadn't been cleaned in a very long time (I bought it about 13 yrs ago). Every place I called wanted to clean it like a regular carpet and wanted me to drop it off and pick it up (it's a very large rug) so I searched around one more time before I gave in to the "regular" carpet cleaners and found David. He came out right away, picked up the rug and before I knew it the rug was back again. Very fast service. The rug came out so beautiful and clean. David also is very knowledgeable about every type of rug. I am renovating a house at the moment but as soon as I'm ready to move back in I will have him clean all of my delicate rugs. As a 30-something who's mother spent some of her childhood in Iran, I grew up around Persian and Oriental rugs, but never really appreciated them. When I inherited some of my own, which badly needed cleaning, I called David. Not only does he pick-up and deliver, but he tells you about them. Where they are from, how they were made, how to care for them, and much more. Over the last few years, David has cleaned and taught me about, 7+ rugs. He can handle old, new, delicate, etc. If you need your rug cleaned, call David - you will be glad you did!

David's Rug Cleaning was Excellent on all levels. Very reliable and flexible with pick-up & delivery dates. Employees were very respectful of my home and my rugs. They handled my old rugs with outstanding care and returned them spotless. The odor treatment eliminated my pet stains and the rugs smell fresh and clean. David did a beautiful job cleaning my 30-year-old Oriental rug. When he brought it back, I noticed a stain that neither of us had noticed previously. Although he pointed out that I might be noticing it for the first time because the rest of the rug was so much brighter and cleaner, he was nevertheless gracious about doing an additional spot treatment and re-cleaning the whole rug at no additional charge. He and his helpers were patient about getting the rug placement exactly where I wanted it (as well as the furniture they needed to move to place it) and making sure I was happy with the result. I highly recommend them.

We had two rugs cleaned by David's company and they turned out perfectly. We have dogs and they made a "mess" with one of the rugs and it looks great. David and his truck came and picked up and then delivered the rugs. They put them where I wanted them, were polite and on time! Amazing!

David was able to get 5 years of stains out of our two throw rugs that were battered by wine drinkers, a dog, and two babies. They looked brand new when he was done. Fairly priced and very responsive/punctual.

David is a good communicator. Comes to pick up and deliver according to schedule. All four oriental rugs are beautifully cleaned.
