Chad was great! Made 2 keys and even spent his own time after payment to explain his awsome operation to a courius customer. A++ this guy had the work done before I even showed up!!

I lost my lost motorcycle key 2009 ninja 250 I call every place and the dealer they want me to take the ignition out but Fortified lock & safe told that he can make a key without taking did ignition out and he did great job Very professional I am very happy with they’re work great job

Fortified Auto, Lock, & Safe rekeyed, cut and installed new door locks for us. He was professional, pleasant, & worked diligently to complete the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He cleaned the job site once the install was finished. Overall, Fortified saved me the stress & potential mistakes of attempting to cut new holes in the doors myself. We highly recommend Fortified.

Absolutely wonderful service. I asked him if he could pick my moped gas cap lock while he was doing work at a fraternity house, and he gladly said yes. By the time I came back it was done. Couldn’t have done a better job. Great service!

Chad from Fortified Lock and Key was excellent throughout all steps of service recently with our home. He was communicative via email and responded quickly.
We needed our exterior doors on a recently purchased home re-keyed. Some had deadbolts, one was a slider so there was a lot to be done. Chad came out within a week, replaced the locks he was able to, and followed up a few weeks later after ordering some necessary parts to complete the job. Chad reached out to me to let me know the parts were in - personally reaching out to let me know the parts were in and scheduling a time. Both times he was on time, quick to work, and explained the work done. The prices were also reasonable. Nothing but great things to say and will certainly be keeping Fortified Auto Lock and Safe for any future locksmith needs.

Chad was such a life saver!!! I lost my keys inside my locked vehicle. Dealership was a bit of a hassle and couldn't help until after Thanksgiving, a week from now. Chad was not only able to unlock my vehicle, but he was at my address in an hour from when I called. He was great! Timing was perfect! Overall I would recommend to everyone to save the number!!! My keys were plowed under by the snowplow in our driveway. Chad responded quickly and was very professional! Within minutes a new electronic key was created, as well as a “spare” valet key…(just in case). The cost was also reasonable. He’s a really nice guy! Chad did an awesome job. I lost the keys to an old lock box. He scheduled me for the next day and opened it in less than a minute. Very professional and friendly. He knows his stuff. I lose keys all the time so I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Chad provided excellent service for several door locks. He made keys on the premises for locks that needed them and keyed one key to service several locks. He was punctual, professional, and answered all questions in a way that was easy to understand. He is also very friendly. I cannot recommend him highly enough !

I locked my car keys in the trunk of my car on a Monday night, Fortified Auto Lock and Safe was the only available locksmith available. When I called, Chad was on another job but was able to make it to help me out with in an hour after I called. He was able to unlock my car and also, find the code to my keypad so I would have it (I never got the keypad code from the dealer). Highly Recommend !!

Washed my car keys in my shorts pocket . Called the dealership and wasted it would take a week or more to get another key. Could cost up to $500!!!! Called Chad at Fortified and he got me 2 key fab, cut the keys and programmed them to my car in my driveway. It took him about 20mins and saved me a tow charge and the costs at the dealership for 1 key.

Have called for both of my wife and my car. Needed spare keys made. Chad had both the Honda and the Dodge done for a very reasonable price compared to the dealerships. Later I had a special request about a key that I could not find anywhere for a Thule bike rack. Chad molded the lock and hand me a key out of thin air! Very impressive! Thanks again Chad!!

Chad was prompt, friendly and level-headed in the face of my panic. He efficiently got me back in the house when my latch was faulty, and fixed up the lock itself in no time! I'd very much recommend his services!
