Courtyard by Marriott Princeton

About the service, I would start by saying that Ted is great! Kind, he helped in improving our experience greatly.
The lady at the coffee counter was also great!
The room was nice, clean and what you would expect from a Marriott.
Everything seem well maintained and recent.
The facilities are also good. The swimming pool is a bit limited (3 and 4 feet) but it still works.
The gym is also limited but it does the work.
The parking has plenty of space so that's a great plus.
The location is near the Princeton campus so that's also great!
Overall, I strongly recommend.

A very well maintained property, and I like it. Starbucks is inside with decent food. There is no bar, so I recommend BYOB. Also, they give free 💧 bottles in the room, and there is supposed to be free breakfast. The best thing for me is the ability to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube with my login credentials. The front desk young lady is very efficient. I am coming back!

I had a great experience at this hotel. I checked in very late and they accommodated my room request. My room was great and very quiet. I missed breakfast by about 5 mins, but they were happy to make me a coffee anyway. I worked in the lobby for a few hours and the gentleman from the bar told me that he knew I missed breakfast, but would be happy to get me another coffee. That was so nice and really appreciated while travelling away from the comforts of home.

I'll be back for sure.

Price and availability: competitively priced with decent availability
Room cleanliness & service: Rooms are pretty clean and I see they follow all covid norms. Bathrooms in this hotel are spacious however I noticed an old fitting which may need replacement! Room service is great and the staff is very courteous.
Check in experience was smooth and pretty fast. Generally continental breakfast is not included. Please check during check in
Location: I would 5/5 given its off US1 and next to a great Indian restaurant A2B..I can't ask anything more here :). All major retailers are located within a couple of miles.
Overall a great 2 days stay for me on this trip.

I had to stay at this hotel last minute. The room quality and hotel amenities for the price are reasonable for what is out there. It was just what I needed and was looking for. The front desk staff person whose name is Naz was an amazing help and of great assistance to me during my stay. She was always welcoming, pleasant and ready to offer excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again if need be.

Friendly and helpful customer service at the front desk by Naz. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early and even got upgraded to a king suite. First floor has been nicely updated. Looking forward to a great stay.

Excellent example of what great service looks like. When you walk down to the front desk for a basic request like housekeeping or for a bottle of water, there was no hesitation in accepting the request. When so many hotels are penny pinching on basic services I loved the way the front desk folks enthusiastically help you around. Special mention for Naz and another lady in the evening (who was equally helpful but I remember Naz because I bungled pronouncing her name and then she spelt out her name for me ☺). I hope this property keeps up the high standards. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good service. Housekeeping promptly tends to the room every other day.

Hotel lobby not very busy. Peaceful and quiet. Lobby cafe closed during day time hours.

For four years, our home away from home while my daughter attended Princeton. Over the years, the rooms have been upgraded. They are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff has always been super customer service driven. This trip was no exception.

Marriotts are great

I must say this place was a surprise. The staff was friendly and extremely willing to assist. What was meant to be a one night stay, ended into a 3 night stay. The room was comfortable and nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And the location was completely accessible to all the engagements my husband an I had arranged for our vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, a little treasure for those who tend to have food cravings at night and don’t feel like driving, there’s a Ruby Tuesday’s walking distance(in the same parking area) to the hotel. Yup! Enjoy.

Marriott is always Marriott! Great experience, room with balcony and beautiful open space to relax. The hotel is located near a park that is amazing! It is so peaceful and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The front desk was welcoming and ready to help. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

I just needed to pop on here quick and share my experience with the customer service call center. I spoke with a woman named Angela to reserve a room. She went above and beyond my expectations. She made it simple and easy for me to understand. I also connected with her on a personal level during our conversation. She is the absolute prime example of how customer service over the phone should be conducted. if I could deal with her every day in regards to anything that I need to do over the phone, it would make my life so much easier. Miss Angela is a rare find that is for sure. She is the epitome of what customer service rep should be. When booking a room directly through courtyard, I recommend requesting Miss Angela. She is everything of what a person in society should be. Positive, upbeat, and helpful. I couldn’t of had a better experience. Now if my stay this upcoming weekend is anything close to that, we’ll be beyond grateful and happy customers!

My husband and I, on our honeymoon, stopped here before heading up to the hamptons. Check in was quick and the young lady at the desk was polite and very personable. The lobby was nicely decorated; the room was clean. We had a good quiet night’s rest and we had a room nearest to
Rt 1, perhaps it was the luck of draw. I would recommend.

The room was nice and we had a balcony. The front desk person was super nice. We were close by to a large shopping area. The lounge area was very cozy.

The room was clean and comfortable, although I would have liked a deeper bathtub. There staff were polite. If you do not feel like driving, it is a 2-mile walk to Princeton via the D&R canal trail, so you do not have to walk along Route 1.

The staff at the hotel is awesome and extremely accommodating -- we needed to make a number of last minute travel arrangements (cancel the last night of our stay + request a very-late check-out) and they were very helpful in setting it up for us. Just an amazing staff working at this hotel.

The dining staff are friendly and fast! I wish the weight room had a more space and equipment. No hot tub but there are washing machines and dryers for extended stay guests.

Clean rooms, if a bit dated. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating with requests. Fitness room was small, just some dumbbells and treadmills. Small indoor pool, no jacuzzi. Location is about 10 min from Princeton University itself.
