I was drawn to Liberty Hill Construction to renovate our 1987 master bathroom because I wanted to avoid some pitfalls I ran into when I did a major renovation elsewhere.

Liberty Hill Construction did an amazing job with our master bathroom remodel. I can't say enough - the team was extremely professional and they made the process very easy for us. Our project manager Brad was top-notch; he updated us continuously and was here almost every day to check in and make sure things were running smoothly. He sent detailed emails each week as well to summarize where everything was related to the project.

Liberty Hill Construction exceeded every expectation I had for my home expansion project. I am absolutely thrilled with the way the project proceeded, and with the finished result. Liberty Hill will be my go-to source for any future projects.

I contracted with Liberty Hill Construction for building design, and then as my General Contractor. My project included a Great Room addition, excavation and foundation work, plumbing, electric, new roof, some chimney work, new siding, new doors and windows, new ceramic tile flooring and wide pine flooring, installation of a new propane tank, new HVAC system, all painting and all finish work. Very complex!

They moved the project along so smoothly that I never had a single worry about schedules, sub-contractors, or material delivery. Literally they handled everything like the pro's they are, and were pleasant, organized, efficient, and patiently helpful every single day.

Greatly important to me was the pride they showed in their own work, the care they took to make everything live up to their high standards. The folks at Liberty Hill are a well-oiled machine, with many among them having worked together for years which just shows how much they enjoy working together and is a credit to owner Greg Rehm. Good humor and communication abound between owner, office staff, sales, planning, and site staff.

When sub-contractors were needed, they had a familiar group of trustworthy and skilled trade partners who blended seamlessly into the schedule, and who would appear by some magic of excellent project management.

My home is a place of beauty, peace, pride, and comfort now - I smile every day to see it.

Finally, small touches mean a lot: Being kind to my dog, being available by text as well as by more formal means, taking in packages that FedEx or Amazon delivered, being respectful of my schedule constraints, custom carpentry touches, driving carefully in my neighborhood - these are the priceless things that make this company extra special. We've used Liberty Hill for a couple of big projects over the last few years. They are wonderful to work with and the entire team is professional, respectful, and very responsive to clients.

We worked with Liberty Hill on a full basement 1,000 square foot in-law apartment. We originally had our own design, which included living room, full kitchen, bedroom, 1.5 baths, an office and a workout room. They came up with a much better design and we are so happy we went with their plan and experienced perspective. They are incredibly professional to work with and deliver wonderful detail, quality and customer service.

This was a tough move for my parents (they are 84). It is so nice to see them in this beautiful space and know that they love it too.

Greg Rehm and his company is by far the most friendly, professional remodeling company I have worked with. From meetings with Greg and his company members prior to the project, a master plan is drawn up, budget set, and timeline drawn up prior to the project. He always keeps to his timeline, truly amazing. They offer as much input as you would like regarding ideas for the remodel as well as color choices. Most ideas I would have never thought about! This is true with the new construction as well.
We have had him remodel most of our house and love each area he has completed.
We would only hire Liberty Hill construction for our remodel and future projects.

We had an amazing experience with Liberty Hill... they really worked with our vision and paid extreme attention to detail. I found their online portal to be very effective in keeping our project on budget and within our time frame. Each person we worked with was wonderful. We highly recommend!!!

LHC has done two projects for us. A completely finished basement which is now the hub for all things kids/family. We included a bathroom which was one of the best investments ever. There were some creative solutions put in place and it is just an awesome room that expanded our living space and storage tremendously. The other was our master bath I would live in this room if I could. LHC took my rough sketch, turned around a professional rendition that we loved and I now have the bathroom I always wanted. Get the radiant heat in the floor if you are doing a bathroom. It's luxurious and wonderful! From start to finish the service was spot on and the quality uncompromising. The subs were pros and the LHC team kept the project on schedule and was readily available throughout the process. Greg, Mark, Mike and Joanne are a dream team. The process was well-planned, no surprises, great communications, clear expectations and just great work. We are thrilled with both projects and highly recommend LHC. We genuinely love the end results and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Greg and his team built us a fantastic deck that extends from our 2nd floor porch off the dining room down to an above ground pool. We were replacing an old deck that extended from the porch, then had two staircases that extended to the pool deck. We worked with Greg's design team to come up with a design that allowed us to have one staircase designed to extend from an upper platform parallel to the upper deck down to the lower deck. Truly unique and taking up lead room on the main deck while providing storage for towels at the same time.

Great people to work with. Communication was always excellent and all issues were addressed promptly. The use of the buildertrend construction app was an excellent way to view all details of the ongoing project including material choices, calendar of work to be completed, all timelines, billing and payments, and all contacts. Weekly meetings with the project manager were very beneficial
We are very satisfied with the quality of work. All work was completed within the timelines outlined. We had the flexibility to add or change items as needed.

Today, I called Liberty Hill Construction after researching a construction company to do a job for me. I read through the reviews for the company on Facebook & Google and really loved the things their former customers where saying about the business. I called the company to see if they could help me in the market I needed. The owner answered the phone and kindly let me know, although they were capable, this was not a good fit for our needs. You would have thought that would have ended the call. It did not, the owner went on to direct me to where I could find the information I would need to meet my needs. He took a decent amount of time with me even after he knew I wouldn't be a customer. I thanked him stating how valuable the information was to me and what it meant to me, given I didn't have a job for him just yet. He told me that this is how his business is run. Customer service is top notch and with this one phone call, he proved this to be true. I can't use his services today but hope to sometime in the future. The owners name is Greg Rehm and one phone call with him with help you feel, he's the business you can feel safe to hire. All I can say is WOW, give him a call and you'll see what I mean.
