I actually just left Depew Express and wanted to share my brief experience at the store. First off, it's kept up very well. I only needed a couple items but I definitely took note of the cleanliness of the floor, the aisles, and the orderliness of the items on the shelves. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and helpful. We introduced ourselves to one another and I made sure to tell him that I would be back. Just a pleasant experience overall.

One of the better snack shops. As delta 8 is sold here it might be better to think of it as a head shop/convenience store. My wife was happy to see the variety in Haribo gummies and hi-chew candy.

I’ll admit, like many around here, I had high expectations as the closing of 7-11 was saddening. We worried “what would come next? Will they sell fresh coffee? Will they have slushee machines that our kids love? Or will it be some useless place filling up the space we all once cherished ..
Then the time had finally come that someone rented the space and word was it’ll be a convenient store, well great we thought , won’t be our beloved 7-11 but at least it’ll be similar. Unfortunately for them only a few months after opening the doors COVID Struck! And bam all their hard work and dedication was being threatened by something out of their control . They made a choice though not long before to invest in our community and they didn’t jump ship when a tidal wave came right atop of them. They worked harder, they adapted and Obeyed by the ever changing health dept policies, the shut-downs, the shortage of supplies , the high demand.. The chaos!! They weathered the storm not only because they stood true to themselves and their goals but because of their appreciation for and love of our little community . They have far surpassed the high expectations we had, while we will always miss those 711 employees we can appreciate The Depew Express and applaud its efforts to remain open through this unpredictable world we all found ourselves in

Hands down the best convenience store in the united states. If you cant find it here you dont need it.

This store has it all coffee, snacks,very good variety on ice cream flavors, slushies machine etc.best convenience store on transit road with all the supplies you need while shopping!!!

If a store opens at 8am then the cash should be counted and everything ready. I always stopped there before work. I come at 8am three times and she said she was not ready or open. So I left.

I’ve been coming to this store since the first day open when danny was running it I spent at least two bills a month (200.00$) in this place. I have always paid back any debt. I’ve never screwed them over but the one time that I need an Excedrin because I have the worst migraine. The new skinny dude behind the counter with the messed up teeth says too bad I am not helping you I’m working here now, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! but the dude before him would’ve done it for me and everybody before him as well because again been coming there since they first opened! but this new guys got an attitude problem. He doesn’t realize that I’m probably one of the biggest contributors to this store! this why y’all got a one star, and I will most likely never return to this place remember I’ve been your number one Customer since y’all opened. I will not return because you just really upset me with your disrespect and your behavior and laughing in my face meanwhile we all know you’re not the owner of this establishment Your customer service skills were horrible. You were laughing in my face like I’m some kind of joke enjoy your customers cause you lost one of your biggest.
