The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

We stayed 3/23 to 3/24 while we were visiting mom in hospice. Everyone at the hotel made a tough time easier. From checkin to dinner ti breakfast, everyone was pleasant and provided exceptional service. Our servers Patina and Rodney for breakfast went above and beyond.
We had our 5 month old puppy with us. A truly dog friendly hotel.
We will be back.

I don't know who sent me dessert, but thank you. I stayed here 1 night in February 2024. I had the pleasure of having Mr Jeff Joseph and Mr James Joseph behind the desk. They say my Bonvoy number and took care of my stay. Every employee I saw here was polite and welcoming. The room was great. The bed was heaven. I slept through my morning alarm. The shower is every environmentalists worst dream - the pressure is perfect and the water temp is exactly what you want.

I ordered some take out from downstairs. The salmon was well prepared and the surprise dessert hit the spot.

The Lobby is nice. The entire hotel has a classic ambiance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Truly a phenomenal experience - the service was especially noteworthy, and I was so appreciative my whole stay. Spacious clean rooms, and a very delicious breakfast too. I will come back here again!

Excellent staff and establishment. (Had left a “luxury hotel” downtown because couldn’t sleep and ended up at this Westin which was definitely way better, making my vacation a 100x better.) Spacious room, smart set up such as double doors to the bathroom with a large shower head and big tub. Great coffee shop, got a delicious latte. Nice little area to walk around in, too. Swam in the heated pool, took a nice shower and slept so good (if stayed another night definitely would have taken a hot bath as the tub was big). My husband enjoyed the gym in the morning, and we both had a great breakfast at their restaurant. Will definitely pick this spot any time we’re in the area. There is also a very cool Sculpture Museum nearby that we went to for a night exhibit - highly recommend.

Friendliest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel. The checkin experience was great, the folks at the bar were helpful and very attentive. The ambience inside is superb. The rooms are really nice. No complaints, would come here again any time.

Our stay was very comfortable, with the highlight being the hotel breakfasts. Jaime Cuascut and Patima provided excellent service, and the menu items designed by Chef Feliciano have all been delicious.

I've the opportunity to stay on multiple hotels in this area and I have to say that this is my favorite one by far.
The rooms are spacious and modern, the gym is fine (just what you need for a daily routine), the facilities, restaurant and bar are really nice. Just enough items in the menu to satisfy your palate. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. I would love to name them all but i have to say the one that stands out was Ricardo, bartender, he was friendly and it makes you feel welcome. Thank you... If you are looking for a hotel in this area, this should be your selection. :)

I’m leaving this review because of the perfect dining experience I had here. My girlfriend and I came downstairs for breakfast one morning, slightly hungover, and had Jaime Cuascut as our waitress. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is an exception. I ordered and she asked what I wanted as a side, and my girlfriend, with a smile on her face, whispered “bacon!” but I really wanted sausage (don’t ask me why). When she brought the plates out, she gave my gf an extra side of bacon, which she was SOOO happy about. They both laughed together (also, she had the kind of laugh that is contagious and makes you laugh even when your head hurts and nothing else seems to matter). Jaime was so friendly and simply a wonderful human. After breakfast, I began to notice the rest of the hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to going back. (Jaime, sorry this took so long to leave here, but two months later and we haven’t forgotten that breakfast).

This hotel has an awesome crew. Especially deserving mention are Ricardo, Yvette, Ronald and Virginia who make your stay that much better.

It was a great place but the manager of the staffing which I went there and he didn't pay me the shift because the manager staff complain about our work so he got an excuse for no paying to many waiters. It's no the hotel but this guy didn't pay for the Job

Staff were very friendly. Beds are really comfortable. Coffee could be a little better, wasn’t that good at breakfast.

Overall, a great experience. Room was pretty clean. Food was good. Service in the restaurant was good. The waiter we had for dinner was a bit flustered, but he may be new. The restaurant manager during breakfast, Theresa, was great. I must say the majority of the staff was super friendly. Perfect really. Very attentive and down to earth. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool and nice courtyard.
The place does seem to host a lot of different conferences or business affairs and over the last few years, those people have shown an increasing tendency to be annoying and rude. If you are part of a group, be advised - nobody wants you to be walking around with your Zoom meetings at high volumes as if we all need to hear what the ridiculous webinar host has to say about your company policy or the latest hemorrhoid medication the company is releasing. When speaking to someone on a phone in a restaurant, keeping your voice down is a great idea. I guess they don't teach situational awareness or common courtesy in those meetings. Obviously that is not the fault of the hotel, but if you plan to stay there, you may want to ask if the place is going to be overrun by Big Pharma salespeople with no class.

Stayed at this Westin for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and updated throughout and is impeccably maintained. Everywhere I went... lobby and adjacent seating area, room, elevators, hallways, club lounge, etc. was immaculate. The front desk team was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and family. Our stay was impeccable in every aspect. The hotel had professional staff, well-maintained rooms, and convenient access to the parking area. Without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again.

Room was great! Breakfast was a bit better than your average hotel breakfast

I had a great stay here. I was only here for one night but the room was super comfortable. Check-in was seamless. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The lobby and common areas are beautiful. I’d love to see a little more weight and functional equipment in the gym. Parking is free for guests and there is plenty of it. I’d definitely return.

It was our first stay here. It was excellent. It has easy access from route 1 and is close to universities, shopping and tons of other attractions. Its only an hour from central Philadelphia. It was most convenient for our travel plans. Checkin and checkout were fast and efficient. The staff helpful and attentive. The room was great. We had the breakfast buffet and it had an omlete station. The food was delicious and the servers attentive.

It’s an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Princeton. The breakfast is great, and we would appreciate Patiman for her warm greetings and services. She made us feel like going back to home.

Convenient, good value. The rooms were decent-sized, modern, and most important..clean. Public spaces were also good. Fitness room had good equipment and was well used by many guests. We didn't eat a meal here so no reviews of the food.
