Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

After a week of eager anticipation, I finally took my boys to Olive Garden, fulfilling their dreams of unlimited breadsticks and soup. My wife, Annemarie, was out with friends, so it was the perfect boys' night out. To our delight, our friend Matt Caffery joined us, enhancing the festive mood. The boys were ecstatic, marveling at the endless supply of breadsticks. True to their adventurous spirits, they each chose a different dish from the menu – chicken parmesan, lasagna, and the Tour of Italy. Watching them enthusiastically savor their meals was a joy. They even boxed up extra breadsticks to savor the memory at home. The evening ended with contented smiles and tales of their culinary adventure – a perfect family night at Olive Garden.

Would love to give a HUGE shout out to Jake and Cristina! We came in with a party of 18 for a very special birthday. They knocked the service out of the park! From start to finish they were amazing! Our drink were always filled, the food was amazing(thank you kitchen staff!), they made it fun, they dealt with our level of crazy antics and never broke a sweat! They were actual rock stars last night. Thank you so much for your hard work to help us celebrate what might very well be a little girls last birthday! You are officially my new favorite restaurant❤❤

My service today was excellent , thank you to my server laurie. I will always recommend her every time I go there . Never had to ask for a refill , always asked if my food was good and how it was & also took the time out her day to give the best service when it was that busy ! LAURIE YOUR THE BEST WE LOVE YOU!

I can't get over what a wonderful lunch we had. The hostess, started our afternoon by joyfully seating us. After being seated, our server, Laurie V. introduced herself and took our drink order. She was genuinely pleasant, not just a server"doing her job". Upon placing our lunch order, Laurie engaged in a fun little conversation with us. I saw that she engaged with all her guests, which was pleasant to see. The food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken Parmesan and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. We were surprised at the amount of food for a lunch menu, my husband couldn't even finish his meatball, which became a funny little conversation with Laurie. For just a few dollars more than we would pay for McDonald's food, we had beautiful atmosphere, great food and probably one of the sweetest server we've ever had. Thank you OLIVE GARDEN for a wonderful dining experience.

Who doesn't love darden restaurants Olive Garden. So happy the stuff came out to sing Happy Birthday they did a great job. I don't know what it is about that salad and dressing but I am thankful it's bottomless.

We ate at the Blasdell location tonight. The food and service were both excellent! Two of us are vegetarians and had rigatoni with mushroom sauce. Our server Christina B. was attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions about ingredients and reassured us by showing us ingredient information on the tabletop tablet. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a few years but we will be returning to this location very soon!

Still a very consistent place to eat. Food pretty much tastes the same every time you visit. Staff at this location are polite and helpful. The place is clean. My 5 year olds love coming here. They don't even order off the kids menu, but just get big bowls of soup, then they'll have a little bit of my salad and maybe half a breadstick and they're good to go! I would like to see more variety or just menu changes more often. Menu is smaller than it used to be like most places but still nice to maybe run with a few new dishes that rotate often.

Tried their different endless soup 🍲 and enjoyed them. We had a sweet and an amazing waiter, Billy. I enjoyed the Italian rum punch 🍹as recommend by Billy 👌🏽

One of the best experiences that I have had in a while at an Olive Garden. We travel frequently and have visited many Olive Gardens across the country. This restaurant is one of the best. Clean, modern and the service was great. We will come again…

Ordered foor togo. I chose curbside pickup since I had two littles that I didn't want to drag inside with me. They walked out with it two minutes after the estimated time which I thought was fantastic but the young man was so apologetic about "the wait". I kept stressing that there was no reason to apologize. We live about 25 minutes away but the food was still hot upon getting home. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is how much garlic and season salt is always put on the broccoli in the kids meals. I wish it came plain without having to ask for it because I it is not stated that it has seasoning, so I don't remember to ask.

We went there last week Saturday for my mom's birthday. There were 5 of us, and Payton (server) was professional and attentive without being annoying. We went around 1pm, and it was busy but not crazy. The food, as always, was delicious!

Let me start by saying we have always loved Olive Garden. Tonight, well, it was not a good experience. My husband and I waited almost 1/2 an hr just to get our salad, which, by the way, was so dry because it barely had enough dressing on it. The coffee, well, it was not hot and by time I added my cream, it was cold. The Calamari ? Where ever you get it from, stop. It had so much seasoned breadcrumbs that we couldn't taste the calamari. Then the service ? It was the worst. So slow. She was nice, friendly, but very slow. 2 Families came in 20 minutes AFTER us. One had 4 people, the other had 5. They received all their dinners before we did. The one family was finished and left and we were still waiting to order dessert. Never, ever have we experienced such slow service at Olive Garden. Servers were right on top of things. Not tonight. Heck, we weren't even asked if we wanted more salad. Overall bad experience.

Can I just say what amazing server Shannon is I could not believe the service me and my friend got. she was so fast, so friendly always on it nothing got empty not once. She will be the server. I would 100% have her as my server again. I recommend everyone to have Shannon

Highly recommend if you’re going to the blasdell location ask for Shannon. I went there the other night with a friend and not only was she super friendly and personable. She was super fast and always on top of keeping our glasses full, table clear, and kept it coming with breadsticks! Best experience I’ve had by far in any restaurant. Best waitress I’ve ever had! She made the whole night!

Got unlimited soup and salad with my husband and his aunt and we were so full but in the best way! Favorite restaurant. Brought home the 6 dollar meals to go and it's perfection.
