Sunset Cafe

I've been coming here for years but on a random basis. It was the best decision to stop by last weekend. Great environment, the music was aliitle loud but it's the culture. Service was ok, just a miss communication between the waitress and the chef. I would recommend stopping by to dine in or to take-out. We had katchupa and the French toast with bacon. Both dishes were good.

Have been looking for a good breakfast place and this is the one, hands down. Food was beyond great and the service just as good! And fast too. Can't wait to try lunch and dinner. Great ethnic food as well. Will definitely return and also spread the word to others!!

Delicious! The soup is my go to. My cousin loved her cachupa! My daughter loved her chicken & French fries. It's a little loud but you can tell it's because everyone knows everyone else & they enjoy meeting over food. My family is the same. Love it here.

Great Cape Verde food... I had some Cachupa with Eggs for the very first time and it was so delicious. Highly recommended. Very clean and friendly place. Owner was very nice and waitress as well.

The Best Spot for that delicious Cape Verdean Food!!! It's better than couple of spots in Boston that serves CV Food!!!! Way better! FRIENDLY Chef and servers!! You don't want leave when you sit down! They also serve alcohol and they close by 12AM!! And if your lucky - they sometimes have live musicians playing Morna a traditional CV music that speaks about our journeys, love and struggles, it's like poetry with beats. Best Katxupa you can find - try it refried with some sunny eggs! Also try their beef de casa with some white rice!! Try their fish!!! But anyways drive to Brockton and Try it yourself! You will not regret it.

I love taking people to this spot to try Cape Verdean food for their first time. They do a great job with a traditional plate of catchupa. This is great locally owned restaurant. It is worth checking out!
