What a great breakfast spot! The food was delicious, everyone loved their meal. I got the Green Eggs and Ham and it was delicious and such an elevated dish! Chef Stephen Coe was the reason we stopped in and he has done a phenomenal job with this charming spot! The staff was so friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10!

A fabulous place to enjoy some stepped up comfort food! Extremely reasonable prices for generous amounts of fabulous food! Recently purchased by Stephen Coe who has beaten Bobby Flay multiple times on Chopped on Food Network! His talent and creativity will amaze you!! Give him a shot....you won't be disappointed!!

A very simple but elevated menu. It was so hard deciding what to get but we went with the chicken and waffles per our servers recommendation. She did not guide us in the wrong direction. The flavor was phenomal, the waffle fluffy and chicken crispy with a hint of heat and sweet. This just might be my new go to on the weekends. We can’t wait to try more! Chef Coe is doing wonderful things with this spot so grateful to have his creations close by!

Local impresario Stephen Coe acquired the Early Bird last fall and has since elevated this Kingston landmark to new heights. With new additions to the classic menu and Coe's signature touchs, the Early Bird promises a great breakfast experience. During my recent visit, our server Austin, a Seattle grunge aficionado, provided spot-on recommendations as we sat at the bar. My youthful companion ordered French toast with a side of their homemade corned beef hash, while I decided to double down on our hash investment and ordered the hash benedict. Both dishes were so delicious that we ordered two more side orders of hash to-go. Needless to say, the rest of our family enjoyed them just as much as we did.

Wow! What a hidden find this place is. I’ve been here for breakfast and lunch and can honestly say it’s the best on the south shore. The staff is wonderful and the ambiance easy and casual. You can belly up to the bar like an old fashion diner or sit at a table. Cant wait to come back to try everything on the menu

Amazing food. The croissants are on another level. The Chorizo Burrito was amazing. Some of the best breakfast, I've ever had. An actually unique and delicious breakfast menu. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. This place is a must go for the area.

We haven’t visited The Early Bird for quite a while, but after hearing reputable chef Steven Coe took over we had to give it another try. Needless to say we finally found our go to for breakfast and lunch. We had the steak and cheese panini, smoked salmon benedict, and the kids had breakfast. DELICIOUS. Service was on the spot as well. Super friendly and attentive. Very pleased with new ownership.

The new chef is awesome. The food is flavorful and beats the traditional American breakfast basic taste. Highly recommend.

This the Mexican Scrambler, very good. The food was fresh hot and tasty. The service is quick and cheerful. The potatoes were NOT over seasoned. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back. This was the first of many more visits.

Delightful brunch last week - first time since new chef/owner. Planning to come back asap.

We had a group of 16 and called at 7:30am on a Sunday to see if they could accommodate us for breakfast at 9:00. I spoke to Holly, who was so helpful and kind. When we arrived we were promptly seated in a very nice, quaint, little room of the restaurant, that they reserved for us. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and plan on going back when we're in the area!

My first time here. It's much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It's a great place meet & eat! Coffee & food's yummy! Our waitress, Desiree, is so energetic & caring! I love her boisterous personality! Her customer service is top rate!, too! Never ran out of coffee in my cup. It was always hot. This is my new Sunday morning breakfast place! (& maybe during the week as well.) I felt great when I left because of her positive attitude.
Went back last weekend & Desiree was gone. Waitress was just ok as there was lipstick on my coffee mug, & my order was wrong. Gonna try it one more time. It's too bad about Desiree being let go. Much friendlier atmosphere with her there.

Fantastic, fresh and a wonderful warm atmosphere! My favorite is the delectable breakfast bowl with chicken sausage 🤤! As if the food isn’t enough on its own; yet, the amazing Desiree makes the experience a 10 for all! Desiree makes time having a personal connection with all of her customers and she never misses a beat with her personal touch and smile. This has become my favorite breakfast place. I grew up in Kingston and I can tell you that Desiree is the best server the place has had in 30 years.

Excellent breakfast with my niece. She had 2 waffles that were light and fluffy, smothered with a generous amount of blueberries and strawberries. A little more maple syrup would have been welcome but it was quickly provided when requested. My eggs were perfectly cooked and my bacon was crisp and delicious. Service was prompt, attentive and friendly. Nice decor and very comfortable and clean.

Nashville chicken sandwich was so good, we went back for another one the next day.

Not from the area. Ordered takeout hoping for some decent eggs Benny. And let me tell you… I wasn’t disappointed!! Absolutely delicious. Eggs, hollandaise, ham, muffin- all perfect. With a side of those scrumptious potatoes. You can’t beat that. Caroline, at the front was a delight. also grabbed a cherry danish which wasn’t too shabby either. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Wish I was closer!!

We had an awesome Waitress...I forgot her name unfortunately....the food was amazing, I had a Hungry Man Breakfast with Eggs, English Muffins, and Home Fries with a side of the best Corned Beef Hash I ever had. My Wife had French Toast with Bacon and Eggs, overall we liked our Meals, our Waitress was funny and real nice, I would recommend going there if you have not been it's in Kingston right before the Cumberland Farms, I will be going back there to get the Corned Beef Hash again😎😎😎😎

My boyfriend and I just had the loveliest breakfast at the Early Bird! The food was delicious, as always but the reason we keep coming back is the lovely Desiree. She makes our day when she is working ~ she has the best personality and is so easy with her laughter and smile that we feel like we’re eating with family. Cherry on the cake, the hug on the way out 😘
