Carol's Crafts

Carol is a very nice and helpful person! Today was my first stop in and I was very surprised how many different kinds of yarn was in her store. Although I couldn't find my exact color for a blanket I'm crocheting, she taught me what colors would go nicely with my blue crochet. Thank you so much for your help and you'll definitely be my new yarn dealer!

Carol's Crafts is the best little shop in Rome. Carol the owner is the most helpful lady ever. I was looking for specific size circular needles and after searching for it I went to her shop and was very pleased she had it in her shop. She also ordered a set for me and will order just about anything you are having difficulty finding. As far as price she is very fair and my opinion is if you want quality the price is right. Any crafter would love this shop

One of the rare local yarn shops in the area. A beautiful selection. Carol was a pleasure to do business with.

Such a lovely yarn store. Great place to visit if you looking for high quality yarn to up you crochet or knitting game. Its such a hidden jem and Carol is such a sweet lady.

It is nice to have a yarn store that does not just have the same yarns as the chain craft stores. Prices are very reasonable also.

Friendly atmosphere & beautiful products!

Although I cannot vouch for her other craft inventory, Carol has a wonderful yarn selection. Not only a large collection, but a nice variety of different weights and fibers from novelty yarns to traditional yarns, from lace weight to super bulky. I can spend hours just looking at her wonderful stock.

Her hours, however, are a little limited. She's open 10 - 5 M-F and 10 - 2 Sat and for a working gal like me, I can't often get there before she closes on the weekdays.

Very nice, salesclerk very helpful. Needs more floorspace. Not easy to find, set back but worth looking for.

One of the few yarn store left in this world. A true find. More people should know it is there.

A very nice little craft store. There are bits & bobs for a large assortment of crafts. Knitting, Crocheting, Doll Making, Flower Arrangement, Cake Decorating, Sewing, Quilting, Cross Stitch, Beading, & so on. If you need yarn, this is your place! I would be willing to say that 75% of the store is devoted to yarn, all different shades, weights, types, & manufacturers. A much more varied selection than you would find at say Jo-Ann's.

While the location may be a little hard to find & uninviting, this store is like the proverbial diamond in the rough.
