Great spot. Skillet and French Toast were top notch and the latte’s were steaming hot! If you’re in the area it’s the best breakfast you can get for sure.

We are new to the area so Googled good breakfast spots and this came up. Upon arrival, the staff and everyone inside (clearly locals that are there all the time!) were extremely kind. The place is small and had one woman hard at work cooking and 1 waiter, a tell-tale sign that the food is going to be GOOD-and it was. I had an omelet and my boyfriend got a wrap, both so fresh and so tasty that I am still thinking about breakfast and its dinnertime. They have self-serve different types of coffees, which was really cute too. Will definitely be going back soon!!

Unexpectedly had one of the best breakfast sandwiches of my life today when I took my barista Max’s suggestion and ordered the Royal Pain (Pain in the A** w/an egg). Wow! I don’t know how I’ll ever order anything else now. My son’s banana pancakes were on point and my wife loved her omelette as well. We brought our mugs from home to join the mug club for bottomless coffee since we live 5 minutes away and plan to be regulars at this humble yet fantastic spot.

My wife and I stopped by here while bumping around the area and my god what a good decision. I had the Monte Cristo and my wife had a Turkey club. Absolutely delectable and prices weren’t ridiculous in my opinion. Worth a stop if you’re in the area

This place is so cute. Food was fresh, hot and so so so delicious. The lady behind the counter was so sweet and funny. Clean bathroom, beautiful interior, great service. Highly recommend.

Visiting in the area and looking for a quiet breakfast spot with good vibes. After an unpleasant cup of coffee at one spot in Warwick, I headed towards Greenwood Lake. Found this gem nestled right in the heart of town. Small but cozy inside dining, a fabulous selection of coffees and pastries, and a hearty breakfast/brunch/lunch menu, basically everything you could want in a breakfast joint. Clearly a favorite local spot, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel like a neighbor. I'll definitely plan to stop by again when I'm in the area

We arrived a closing time. We were tired, needing the loo and a cup of coffee. When they heard what we wanted they stayed open specially. Both ladies were welcoming and friendly and the coffee was great. We went back for breakfast and that was equally excellent.

One year later....still great!! Just had the most delicious lemon blueberry muffin buttered lavishly with a grand cup of Love Buzz coffee! And as always, all served up by a super fantastic lovely team of folks.

This is my favorite spot in Greenwood Lake! New to the area and needing to eat gluten free, Village Buzz Cafe had so many options! I couldn’t decide between savory or sweet so they accommodated one slice of gluten free avocado toast topped with and egg and a piece of gluten free french toast topped with a blueberry compote and walnuts. YUM! The women were so nice, informative and accommodating! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Village Buzz! My fiancé also said it was the best french toast he has had!

Always a good choice for food in Greenwood Lake. The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. I had the breakfast burrito for the first time, and it was yummy. If you're in town, come to this great local eatery. You won't be sorry.
