The staff there was more than friendly and helpful. We were out of state and had issues with car we just purchased and they went well beyond to help us get back on the road. I would recommend them for any situation. Great staff!

Brian is amazing!!!! He went out of his way to help us when our car broke down. Love the staff we won't go anywhere else now!!!

The staff here is friendly. They've always had what I needed or were able to get it in within the next day. Shelves are stocked and they have a decent selection of all things automotive.

The Amelia oh location has a female who works there, I can never catch her name, but she is Awesome. She's very good at her job and so easy to deal with. Very friendly and helpful.

I went to this O’Reilly store at 2230 Bauer Road, in Batavia at 6:20 this evening. I walked up to the counter and spoke to Jayden. I told him I needed wiper blades for my car. I told him the make, model, and year of my car. He walked me over to the wiper blades and helped me pick out my blades. He suggested the middle of the line priced blades. Perfect!

I picked out the brand and price I wanted to pay. I asked him if he could do a favor for me. I needed him to install them. He said sure without hesitation. I paid for the wipers and asked how much the installation would be. He told me it’s free.

We walked outside and he changed them in 5 minutes.

Thank you so much Jayden. My blades make my windshield streakless and very clear. Jayden is a keeper. Please let him know how much I appreciate him, his great customer service and attention to details.

Was able to quickly go in, find the tool I needed to complete the project I was working on and get checked out. The manager rang me up and was friendly and helpful. Great from start to finish today.

I'm not a huge fan of O'Reilly's in general as I feel the parts they sell are of a lower quality. But this particular one has always been helpful and well staffed. Glad to have them a part of our community.

Nice group of people. Quick service. They carry a lot of everyday parts and some big project parts depending on the car you have. Breaks, battery's, oil change stuff, calipers your typical quick stop for car maintenance.

After realizing a head light was blown in my SUV A newly member of this location came out to help change my bulbs He even saw a vechile hit a ditch and laughed with my husband We didnt catch his name but we will be back because its not to often you find kindness Stay healthy and safe out there

Went in there after getting the "runaround" from Pep Boys - who said they couldn't read "codes" in my "foreign" car. Took them about five minutes to scan/give me info on what the code was. The guys were nice, didn't treat me like I was a "dumb" girl. They offered to research parts needed if I decide to do repair myself. (Well....my brother will be doing that!) I really appreciated their help and honesty. Thanks!!!!!

This place is always so helpful, When you are a woman and you walk in with a list of stuff you don't understand, They are perfectly helpful!
