Strongly recommend working with this company for everything plumbing, heating & cooling! Called Empire State Plumbing to replace my 1987 water heaters. They sent a tech within a few days to assess the job and he drew up an estimate within 15 minutes while on-site. Once I approved, they had a crew out 2-days later to remove the old heaters, remove all old plumbing, and install the new heater. Beyond just doing a wonderful job installing, they also made smart decisions like using clear pipe for the u-bend in my condensation line so I can tell if there is ever a clog.

All to say: job was done fast, well, and with great respect for our home.

Also, the same tech who estimated the job was the lead installer on the job; such a great idea and made for a wonderful experience. If you can get Justin on your job, you won't be disappointed.

Came to my residence, received quote, approved it and had the work done same day. Other companies will send you a quote without even coming to your home to assess the situation. The Empire techs did a fantastic job. Knowlegable, courteous and professional. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Justin and Albert came out due to a burst pipe in the winter as well as our need to replace our hot water heater. They were on-time for the appointment, and didn’t try to upsell to more expensive options that we didn’t need. The work was done quickly and were able to get a new water heater the same day and get it installed.

We have an old house, and unlike another plumber in the area, Empire’s plumbers were both understanding and realistic about the work we needed done. Because of that, they will be our first call in the future for maintenance and other installs/repairs.

Called Empire on a Sunday when my water heater failed and they were able to get out the next morning to check it out. Keith was great in working with me through options (since I was budgeting to go tankless soon) and in talking through the entire process. The whole team has been very professional and always on time and has helped make sure everything works well.

I called for estimate they came out very quick gave me all details and explained everything in detail. Spoke with the main office ,Logan was very helpful and worked with my schedule to get this done as soon as possible Dan was here to install it next day. very efficient explained everything to me in detail showed me how to change out the filter. Dan was very neat cleaned up and all the fitting connections were perfectly done, he also mounted it to the wall so its easily accessible for me to get to. Very pleased with the service will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

Empire State Plumbing was very reliable, on-time, and the technician, Dan, was very thorough in solving the plumbing issue and then repairing it. Furthermore, he left me his personal cell number to call him if the repair faulted - which it did not. Very comforting to know that Empire assures customers that they stand by their work product.

Can't say enough about this company and the work performed by Kieth. We had a complicated situation that no one could figure out. Kieth was clever, and able to install a hot water on demand system that we are now very satisfied with. I highly recommend them.

I called Empire State Plumbing at about 2:30 p.m. on a weekday, and they had my water heater installed by 5 p.m. the same day. This saved me significant aggravation and time. The piping and duct work was very well done, and Joe (plumber) fixed a few code issues (the previous heater was very old). I was very impressed with the responsiveness of their team and the overall professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work, and I will definitely call them in the future for any major plumbing/repair needs.

We needed a new water heater for a mobile home -- a double-wide. There are specific heater requirements in order to be in compliance for a mobile home. So the heaters are more money, and because space is tight, they are tougher to install. Dan & Mike showed up, got to work installing the heater I bought that met code. And even though neither one of them had ever installed a Mobile-Home-specific water heater, in 90 minutes the whole job was DONE! Cleaned-up and rocking! PERFECT! They came less than 24 hours after I placed the SOS call to them. Courteous, quiet, respectful. Amazing!

Since this original post (over two years ago), we have engaged Empire several more times -- for plumbing, hot water, and HVAC. Excellent! Highly recommended!

We just closed on a new home and called ESP to take a look at our boiler which had been flagged by our inspector as needing some repairs. Joe arrived on time and understood exactly what needed to be done. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain the work he had done clearly, and went above and beyond to point out important parts of our heating system while answering our questions. We feel confident in the work he did and we look forward to working with him again.

Keith was great. Came out and got the problem fixed right away and answered all the questions I had. Very nice guy who really knows his stuff. I'll definitely contact you guys again for my future plumbing issues.

I would highly recommend Empire plumbing. My basement was filled with 6 inches of water on a Friday afternoon. Dan came out and installed a new sump pump and problem solved in no time.
That Monday Justin came out to follow up and do a whole house inspection. Both men were courteous, professional, on time and explained everything to me. Call them first. They are great!

keith did a great job for me. first, he listened to the details of my problem. then he made the extra effort to make sure he resolved the issue. he succeeded where others did not.

Our sink got clogged and we had a flood in our kitchen. Dan showed up within a half an hour, and was finished an hour after that. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. We very much appreciated the quick service!

Dan and Mike from Empire State Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing my tub/and shower, and replacing pipes and drain. They were friendly, thorough and walked me though everything. I will definitely use them in the future.

Had a burst pipe in a very difficult location. Joe came out to just give an estimate and climbed under the porch and dug in the basement. He went way above and beyond. He came back two days later and not only fixed that break but a second one we found also. Fast service on a very difficult job. I will definitely be recommending and using them again.
