This post is about the Boardman store. Alot of donations go straight to the trash.Employee theft, over pricing and one employee that is very disrespectful (Rick)

I love this Goodwill location because they have a lot of selections of plus sized clothing and stuffed animals.

Amazing company to work for. The entire organization is just full of caring, compassionate and driven people who really make you feel like a part of the team. The stores are all well laid out and easy to shop as a consumer as well. Fair prices, much more affordable than paying retail, that’s for sure. Great quality items as well! I truly cannot say enough good things about the Youngstown Area Goodwill!

Since my Goodwill on Liberty St. suddenly disappeared, I went to this Goodwill today for the first time. This Goodwill is quite large and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly. I'm very happy I visited this location, and will definitely be visiting this location again.

Love this store. Customer are nice. Everyone speaks as if they have know you. The staff is polite and friendly. I enjoy my monthly visit each time

Everyone at this location is really nice. The store also appears to be fairly clean.

The store is okay, but some of the prices are pretty high on lot of their stuff, when they're there to help people out.

Great visit staff very helpful found a outside free standing portable basketball hoop for my 12 y/o 😁 grandson!!!!! Neat clean organized and I helped support job training and life enrichment.

I thought this Goodwill was clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and staffed by very friendly people. I found some amazing tee shirts there, as well as some latch hook art. I will definitely be stopping back.

One of the better Goodwill stores in the area for men's clothes. Kind if out if the way for a lot of people, so I think that's why. Not on the greatest area, which is probably why the staff watch over you as if they think you are going to steal.

Excellent Customer Service, Prices reasonable. Same items at your Austintown Location are 3 to 4 dollars higher.?

Always enjoy it. The store in Salem ohio had a young person working there who spoke Spanish and was able to help some Spanish speaking customers. Now that's Goodwill!

Great and friendly staff. Cheap items in really good condition. Always find something cool when I go there.

Its been rearranged since the last time. Lots of stuff but not cluttered. Had the changing rooms closed.

Good place to find some short-term use furniture. All locations of Goodwill are good for finding some inexpensive furniture especially chairs and study tables.

Great .. bought a doggie bed for 4.00..other places 20.00 and up..brand new too.

I like looking for old things..and workers are nice ...keep up the good work .I love shopping here ..because they keep it real
