Coventry Police Animal Control

I adapted a 🐈 and the young man Matthew was very happy to take his time and go through animals history and best way to care for him. I am very happy with service answered all my questions and gave me paperwork on cat . He made it a very easy process that was enjoyable. The cat is a great fit for me we are both very happy. Thanks for your professional support and caring nature Matthew. He also came to my house and gave me advice on how to handle stray cat's in the neighborhood. Coventry animal control are very professional and compassionate . Thanks for a wonderful experience

On 10 /08 a very good friend of mine went to pick up his dog. He not only had a bad experience with a mobile vet that he did exchange words with then went about finding another vet to get the rabies shot for his dog that he could afford. He got back to the pound to find that the dog officer had three police officers waiting there with her to intimidate him now mind you he is a a cancer patient going through a chemo cycle. Then the dog officer proceeds to tell him she is citing him because he argued with the vet and did not take her services. Well she is a poor representation of the police department and it is sad that the tax payers of Coventry paid these officers today to stand around the pound to intimidate and humiliate a town resident who did nothing wrong but refuse the services of a vet who was an hour late and way overpriced. The chief should be embarrassed. This is pathetic abuse of the badge and taxpayer funds.

sad to see neglected dogs being returned back to their owners after my sister and I found a Great Dane who was skin-and-bones and an English Bulldog on Tiouge running up and down the street, no collars, no tags. Gave them right back to the unrightful "owners" after we chased them up and down the street and tried to keep them safe. Really sad to see.
