Scott A. Rioch, D.O.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rioch's for about 3 years now, since moving from another PCP in town that I was very dissatisfied with.

I've also dealt with a variety of chronic issues throughout my life, seeing many dozens of doctors due to living in a variety of different areas. While I'm surprised to see some low starred reviews for Dr. Rioch, my experience has been that he is one of the best doctors I have seen, and probably the best primary care doctor I've had the pleasure of going to.

He listens to your concerns, gives reasonable feedback, and cares about taking care of his patients.

At the end of the day, it is clear he values patient experience and he is very knowledgeable in his specialty.

Lastly, he has an excellent team as well, who are a pleasure when going to his office.

Very thorough and caring. Takes his time with patients, and that is appreciated.

We love Dr. Rioch and Diane Gilliland, NP. They are always thorough and have our best interest at heart. We even take our children there because we have full confidence that our children get the best care. Dr. Rioch and Diane Gilliland listened to our concerns about our son who had a bad reaction to antibiotics..... where their pedicatrician dismissed our concerns. So that was the absolute reason we switched to this practice..... they listen and care. Dr. Rioch also does adjustments and he has helped me and my husband feel better.

Dr. Rioch has always been fantastic with my Kiddos and really listens to my concerns. The Nurse Practitioner- Diane Gilliland, is Amazing! I recently found out I inherited a genetic mutation that puts me at a high risk for certain cancers. After countless unanswered calls and messages to my PREVIOUS OB Doctor, I reached out to Diane. She listened to my concerns and was so supportive. As soon as Diane received my genetic testing results she set me up with an appointment at the Stefanie Spielman Clinic down in Columbus, she made sure I was scheduled in ASAP. I am so thankful for all her help, I don't know what I would of done without it!

I went to see Lindsay, the nurse practitioner at the end of the day yesterday. I expected to get someone who was tired and in a hurry to go home for the day - QUITE the opposite!! I couldn't have had a more kind, professional experience!

After losing our doctor to retirement we found Dr. Rioch and my husband and I could not be happier! We actually see him and not his nurse practitioner, although his staff is very nice too!

Great Doctor. Straight forward. Addresses root cause and not just symptoms. Real world approach. Skilled at spinal adjustments. Great personality and a listener.

Dr. RIoch is very kind and compassionate. He listens and takes a conservative approach when dispensing Rx medications - which I appreciate. I highly recommend him.
