I asked if I could pick up my dry cleaning a bit earlier, it was ready the next day! Always great service! Clothes always clean and crispy

I needed a silk shirt cleaned to wear Thursday evening. I brought it in late Monday and I got it back on time. This shirt had been in the back of my closet for, literally, decades. And it was soiled. Pretty nasty. Looks beautiful now.

Lapels does a wonderful job of cleaning your items. It is a fair price they charge and I highly recommend them.

I had $150 dollar bag with a broken zipper and a large tear at the top of the fabric. I was worried I would have to spend another $150 to replace the bag, I figured I'd go to Lapels and see if they could repair the bag for any cheaper than $150 and I was floored when I got the bag back in brand new condition and for only $10! I recommend this business to anyone who needs alterations or repairs done. They do quality work and offer great service. 10/10

My experience, once again, was excellent!! The people in the Kingston outlet were especially cordial and helpful (I had a heavy load of cleaning!). I was very impressed by the quality of cleaning, at a fair price in my estimation. The cleaning was even completed before the scheduled pick-up date and I was notified of that fact. They consistently do an excellent job with alterations for a fair price. Plus, they will ship my clothes to the Kingston branch, making it more convenient for me to pick them up.

I dropped off a winter coat for a seam repair (torn stitching) and hole in slash pocket and cleaning. I got my coat back a week before promised at a very reasonable cost. Big fan of Lapels. Quality work and less expensive than my previous cleaners (Dependable and Anton’s). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was pleased to see a new dry cleaning place in town. So I tried it, and I loved it. Its clean and modern looking. The staff was pleasant and nice. Laura in particular was a breathe of fresh air. She is super friendly, nice and helpful.

I have been going to one place in particular for a long time. I have never been WOWed by the service, or the way my clothes looked when delivered. Lapels WOWED ME. My clothes looked amazing, pressed, and very professionally done. Very noticeable differences! Extreme difference!!! There was pride of ownership in the work done. I didn't know there could be a difference. GO and try it, you won't be disappointed. It’s like when your Mom ironed your shirt for a special occasion when you were a little kid.

They also were able to smooth out a jacket I brought in that was scorched elsewhere because the heat was to hot.

Their prices are a little less expensive then the others too.

Great service and excellent work. I have our bed linens ironed by Lapels and they come back beautifully finished on hangers. They are excellent for dry cleaning heavy wool coats and suede coats at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
