Dr Wilson's office has always been very professional with me. He goes over all the tests I ask him about and schedules any appointment with any other outside specialist.I highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr Wilson‘a practice for approximately 20 years. He is so knowledgeable in so many areas! Throughout my experience with Dr Wilson, he and his staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my medical needs! While it is a busy office, I find the medical staff to be there when I need them and get back to me ASAP! I frequently recommend this office to family and friends because Dr Wilson is so patient and knowledgeable! His medical staff is fantastic and are always there when I need them! I consider Dr Wilson and his staff both caring and accommodating!

I love dr Wilson ! He cares and listens to you as if you’re his only patient
He’s very thoughtful and thorough !
However , the office staff hardly answers the phone .. my biggest frustration is getting through to the staff .
I only put up with it because I love the doctor

I absolutely love my doctor, Scott Wilson. It's the only reason I still come here. I'm sorry the say that the rest of the practice is a bit of a joke. It's usually hard to get an appointment with Scott. They always try to push you to a nurse practitioner. And that is if you can get a human on the phone. They completely shut down at lunch, they are off on Fridays, and voicemails are not returned. But watch out if you miss an appointment! In all seriousness, I'm not joking... It's 1:15 EST. I've called three times in the past fifteen minutes to make an appointment for a physical. It's like the phone isn't even connected anymore. You get the auto message that it can't be completed at this time and to try back later. No voicemail or anything. So again, LOVE Scott, hate the practice. Unfortunately I've found this to be true in almost every primary care practice I've been active at. I sense a theme.

Love my nurse practitioner 💕
It's hard to get a human on the phone, I've been going there for years. The phone situation is always an issue and the waiting! Because we all know everyone but our own time is important. And if you mess up their time you PAY but if they mess up your time and you complain your branded as a trouble client just saying

The Doctor at the practice is top notch but in the 12 years I’ve been going here, I’ve only seen him twice and that was because I insisted on seeing a Dr....not an RN with a Bachelors degree, a laptop with a diagnostic application and a script pad.

The worst part of this practice is the medical secretary’s who speak to long patients like they’re kids looking for a fix.

So first off, this is in regards to the Cumberland location, the receptionists don’t answer the phone after 3:30, it goes right to the machine, then the staff calls you twice to give results during work hours and when the patient calls back you tell them you don’t have any results? Very unprofessional, serious lack of communication and poor follow through. It makes a very poor reflection for the doctors associated with this practice . It’s very frustrating to the patient and family when there is no proper communication.

My sister, a 25 year patient has only saw Dr. Wilson 2x. Can't even tell you what he looks like. Cumberland office is a mess. After waiting for 1.5 hours we walked out. Starting over at age 62 with new doc.

My husband has never once seen Dr.Wilson in the couple of years he's been a patient there he's always seen a nurse practioner, not by his choice. Trying to get ahold of them by phone is absolutely awful nobody answers the phone it goes to voice mail and nobody calls back. If you need a referral good luck trying to get it sent or talk to a person to send it.

Dragging feet for no reason to release medical records which is creating delay in correct treatment from professions facility, reception staff works at there convenience, failure to return messages or follow up on several different occasions consistently . Very unpleasant experience ! I never leave reviews or take the time , but this place is not somewhere i would recommended to a friend or stranger.
