Called many times about a Ford truck that was there.Said they were getting it looked at for a bad manifold.Called after wouldn't return my calls.Bought a Truck down the road at Fairway Ford.Give them a 3 star rating because we drove out to look at the truck and they had a sign hanging to call a cell phone didnt answer,when they were suppose to be open.Drove down the road found a Truck at Fairway bought it.Thanks

I drove from out of state and purchased a vehicle. Wes dragged his feet and didn’t send the title for me to register it in my state until after repeated calls and texts and by the time I received the title the temp tags were already expired. It has been over 10 weeks and he still has not sent me the $1,500 in tax money he owes me. I keep getting delayed excuses with him telling me he’s not at work.

We called in advance for a Jeep they had advertised. We explained to Wes we had a 2 hour drive to get there and we weren't leaving Canton without a new vehicle. We were told it was being detailed but by the time we arrived it would be there. When we arrived Wes told us it wasn't there and wouldn't be there for a couple of days! He brought us in to confirm that with the manager, who never got up from his chair. The manager, in a half giggle, proceeded to say the same. Wes then went on to say "well didn't you have another dealership to go to around here?" After that comment and the unprofessional way we were treated we figured they didn't need the business and went to that "other place" and purchased a beautiful Jeep! We will not be returning.

My grandpa bought a truck from them that had a bad frame and sold it for 14000 dollars and wouldn’t refund his money back so he could go els where get something better why would you sell a truck with a bad frame little known my grandpa can’t climb under the truck to see that so the sales man got him to sighn the papers quik to get him out of there bad place to get a car I would not go there
