I was having some printer issues, and needed new batteries in two different laptops.
Morgan took care of everything, and took the time to explain how to prevent issues in the future, at a very reasonable price.
He is an expert in his field, and his accommodating customer service is as good as it gets.
He's the "go to" guy for any computer issues I may have in the future.

I had an issue with the instrument cluster on my 05 F150. They were super timely and helpful! They fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend going here for your computer needs!

I've visited United Computer Service Inc several times during my time as a student of USU, and I have had a great experience every time. They listen to everything that's happening, ask a few questions, work very quickly, and are true to their time commitments. Most recently, I was troubleshooting a software issue that Dell support was going to take a long time to fix and charge a lot for, but United addressed the problem with me for a great price and had my computer back to me within a day!

These guys were wonderful to work with! They were so good to me, and had my computer up and running in minutes! I would recommend them any time!

Recently bought a m.2 NVMe SSD for my computer with a different vendor. That vendor did not include the very specialized screw that is needed to affix the drive. I called in and United Computer Service was able to find me the part that was needed.

The service at UCS deserves way more than 10 stars!!! Their knowledge and experience with corrupted harddrives can bring back the dead!!!...while being fast and affordable! Highly recommend them!

I needed help putting a new bigger SSD boot drive into my laptop (and it turns out, replacing a swelling battery. Yikes.) Patrick did a great job on both and also was great at explaining to me what was going on with my laptop and what was involved in the upgrade and battery fix, and even answered some questions I had about computer hardware in general and some recommendations on what kind of parts I wanted for my needs and how to get them. All in all, great experience, and I highly recommend them.

I had a missing screw in one of my computers. The only way to get any of my own was to buy 1,000 of them. I stopped by this place and the guy replaced it for nothing. I will definitely use this place in the future. It shouldn't matter but he also has a great sense of humor. 🤩

We had a great experience with Morgan at United Computer Service. We had some water damage to our laptop and Morgan was extremely communicative, honest and upfront with us throughout the whole diagnosis process, working to get us the most affordable outcome (he didn't even charge us for his time in determining the issue, which was very kind). Great staff, fair and honest prices, and my laptop works perfectly again! It was a pretty substantial repair, too. They replaced the DC power jack on my computer's motherboard and that's no easy feat!

The keyboard on my laptop wasn’t working, so I brought it into United Computer to have it replaced. Unfortunately, in the process of them repairing it, some unexpected problems came up. However, the staff at United Computer did their best to right the situation, and in the end, fixed my keyboard at an incredibly discounted price. Now my laptop is working great! The staff at United Computer are very knowledgeable and this is a company that you can trust will do their best to help and will do it at an honest price.

I took a laptop in that wasn't recognizing second hdd, I explained everything I did to troubleshoot it myself I gave up. The owner is the one who helped who said lets make sure the hdd is still functional which was unfortunately dead.
I then asked if he has a spare so I could make sure that my laptop connection was still ok and he stepped out, grabbed a new drive, plugged it in and tested it for me which worked so I would know the only issue was the drive going bad.
I then thanked him and asked how much it would cost. It didn't take very long but still took probably 12-15 and he said it would cost nothing, that diagnosis is usually free and the repair is when he charges (may be different based on the issue, but how it was in this instance.)

I dealt with Morgan and was very happy with my experience here and would recommend.

My computer showed an error and would shut off as soon as I tried to boot it up. This was the only computer repair open on a Saturday and willing to look at my computer immediately. I was in and out with my computer up and running in 10 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. I was so impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help. I would recommend to anyone.

Incredible people! I went in and asked for some upgrades for my mid-2012 Macbook Pro and Morgan was super helpful! Since I didn't want my hard drive info cloned on the new SSD, they were able to get it back to me the same day. Can't recommend these guys enough, seriously if you need computer help this is the place to go.

Issue with my pc was automatically shutting down. Getting insane heat records off of my cpu. Took it in and they were able to sort a couple issues out and I brought it back home. Not even a day later the same dang issue started happening. Called them up and they took care of the issue. Also didn't charge me for bringing it back in saying, "we warranty our work and since the issue wasn't solved the first time, we back up that guarantee to make sure we get it done right".
These guys are awesome. Next unsolvable issue I have, it's going straight to them.

My computer suddenly stalled and wouldn't even load Windows. I had heard from friends how much they liked United Computer, so I took it there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. They spent time answering my questions and helping me understand what was needed and why, and made sure my computer was working perfectly for me. The price was fair and reasonable and I will go back to them when I need their help again! And I'm telling all my friends too!
