Tony and Michelle were unbelievably professional, kind, and knowledgeable when they came to take care of our home. After an unfortunate accident occurred with our fireplace causing ash to spread across the room, rug, blinds, sectional, and various items, they spent several hours here cleaning and sharing advice on how to take care of the space. This ensured it was safe for our young kids to play in again and made us feel as though nothing ever happened. Thank you Michelle and Tony!

Gage and Antonio came to the house twice for water remediation in the basement. The first time was to install fans, pull out carpet and wet insulation,, move everything from the walls to spray for mold. The second time they came was to remove the fans, spray for mold again and put everything back against the walls. I can’t say enough how wonderful they were -very professional, patient, highly skilled, and so very helpful. They were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended !

Gage and Antonio are great! They explained thoroughly what they were going to do and were very patient when we asked questions.
They were friendly, very neat and left a spotless area! We need some more work done and will definitely continue using Servpro.

Bob’s entire team including Brian and Wally were PHENOMENAL in the reconstruction of my home after Jay’s team packed up. Bob’s team would do anything to help out , often going above and beyond what they were called to do. From calling Bob on a Sunday for an issue at the last minute, to his team fixing and replacing things that were not asked of them as a “by the “way”.
When I first walked into my broken home and then seeing how beautiful they made the transformation!!!!!! It was not a fast process but it was well worth the wait. I have recommended them to friends and family. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always come when they say they are coming.
There are not enough good things to be said about Bob, Wally and Brian!

Tony, Michelle, Jeremy and Antonio, THANK YOU for all the hard work you put into cleaning my basement after the full water heater let go!! I contact Servpro as a result of a 2nd floor toilet that overflowed and came out my kitchen lights. Jay came out to look at my house and sent The crew out a few days after. I am a very grateful and happy client and cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism and responsiveness of the owner Jay and the cleaning team and his pro-cleaners Tony and Michelle and their team. We had nothing less than a rough couple of weeks and found ourselves in need of extensive soot removal from our home. Jay quickly came by and assessed the situation, came up with a plan and strategy and worked directly with our insurance company. He had a dumpster at our house the next day and a cleaning crew ready to go after that. The team moved quickly and efficiently, always friendly and professional while working around us so as not to impede in our daily routine with kids and pets and work. They handled everything with the utmost respect and were incredibly detail oriented and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in their field and it showed. The family and I grew fond of them over the two weeks they were here and though I hope we never have another situation like this one again, we are so grateful for their time and care and effort they put in to make our home clean and safe for our family. They are a special team and put their all into what they do.

Our basement was flooded from heavy rains in Leominster and needed professionals to come dry it out and remove drywall/baseboards.
