Best bacon croissant I have ever had! .hot and fresh! YOU rule Carla and Rachel! Service with a big smile!!!!

I see these ladies almost everyday. Always polite,if they make a mistake they always fix it with a smile on their face.

As of 03/21/2023, I’ve been getting excellent food and service after midnight. When I went at this time in the past, the restaurant would either be closed when it was advertised to be open, or I would show up and sit at the speaker for 5 minutes while employees pretended that they weren’t there until I pulled up to the window and said that I had a mobile order. After finally getting them to acknowledge me, food would usually be rock hard, dry, and cold. Lately, there’s been a huge change for the better. They’re actually always open 24 hours, the service is prompt when I pull up to the speaker, the cashier is very friendly, and my food is always hot and fresh. Awesome job to all who are working 3rd shift right now!

Bacon king with l.t.o and mayo is the best, sadly you are your own checkout person so I hope your good with technology... God knows I'm not.

I wanted to take a minute to thank all of our customers at our Ashtabula store. I'm a 3rd shift drive thru cashier and you are all so amazing and make my job very enjoyable! I do apologize if you aren't acknowledged right away at times but we do have a head set that randomly turns off on us and I try to avoid that one at all costs! My number one goal is to serve you quickly and efficiently always. Food on overnight shift is made to order just for you so at times may take a moment or two. Fresh and hot just for you. This 5 star review is for ALL of you! Thank you SO much for making my job so much fun! I love you all! ❤

This was the wrost one ive been in! The only had 2 different Kinda pops at the self serve and no lids or napkins . Ketchup machine was broke !pricey but we made it work ! And glad the play area is now reopened:)

The service is always fast and friendly, I've never had a problem with the night crew, I added a drink on the order at the window and she diddnt have a problem with it. The food was good as always the burgers are large and fairly priced. I definitely reccomend the 2 for 6 deal. All and all a great place to grab a bite to eat.

One of the nicer Burger Kings. Always clean, and staff is always friendly. This establishment has a nice play room for the kids. Menu is very diverse, with plenty of different selections for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With the coupons you receive through your local paper, it makes it very affordable.

This is the only place that I can get burger King ever anymore and I only get a chance to go here once every 8 months, burger King literally doesn't exist in my area anymore, when I am able to get burger King this place here is amazing and has never messed up my order, you just can't beat the delicious onion rings and the amazing taste of a delicious flame broiled whopper.

Great place to eat if your looking for fast food in the area, great staff, good food, good atmosphere.

They can't even make your order the way you placed it ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 lettucecheese and mayo,cheese is extra 80 cents a slice,2 chicken sandwiches No lettuce add cheese another 1.60 .I got 4 chicken sandwiches lettuce and may No cheese but charged me ,I called them about my3.20 refund they sad bring sandwiches back they would fix them ,now remember the tracks are closed so taking back wasn't a option, so I don't see me going there again

Good service,restaurant very clean,ie tables,soda area,ketchup dispenser empty ,entry windows are very clean.

Great place in town to grab food! It's a prime location next to stores and a shopping center that used to be a mall but is now a shopping center.

Delicious food. Excellent staff. The place is always busy and the store is constantly bein cleaned. Awesome place need bigger value menu. All in all great for food on the go.

Very fast drive thru, nice staff, food always good. Much better than McDonald's. I get breakfast or lunch couple times each week.

the employers are always caring and nice, even when it's crazy lunch rush they make you feel important, and my granddaughter enjoys them all, and the play area.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient service, correctly detailed order, good food and beverages for a fair price, nice portion size, nice selection for the dollar menu.

I am glad to report that they are open again, both drive thru, interior setting, more when I stop by
