Mill Creek Metro Parks

My grandsons loved it that's what being a kid is all about enjoying life. As their MiMi I just want to take some stress and pressure off of them every time I see them.

I walk here quite often. I use the walking path which is super nice. It’s nice to see other people always out as well walking, running, bike riding, etc. No matter what time during the day I go there are always people which is nice because I feel safe. The parking can be an issue but there are two ends you can park at. They also have cameras incase anything was to happen to you or your vehicle which I really appreciate. I constantly see maintenance crews changing trash, blowing leaves off the path, etc. Also the mill creek park police drive through as well which is a relief! I always see a wide variety of wildlife & it is dog friendly!

I have been to Mill creek park 2 times now and each time I’ve left feeling refreshed and happy. I started my latest adventure at lanternmans mill parking area and ventured to the suspension bridge to get some photos. I loved seeing the wildlife wondering around the park, squirrels, black squirrels, chipmunks , beautiful birds and even deer. I seen nothing but smiling faces as everyone seemed to have a positive energy from this place. The park was very well maintained and was happy to see there wasn’t a bunch of garbage all over the place. The trail was very easy to walk on, would not have taken a stroller on it though. I made my way back to lanternmans mill to take some more photos, the mill is beautiful and very relaxing to just stare at the waterfall, all in all I can’t wait to come back and spend more time exploring and finding new things. 2 thumbs up from me :)

Love Millcreek Park. We live right on the outskirts of the park and visit every chance we get. Each time we spend time down in the park, we discovery something new and wonderful. From the wild life to the structures, Millcreek will always be a part of Our Haunted Travels.

Very large and beautiful park. A true gem in Youngstown, Ohio.

My wife and I come here from PA every chance we get to see nature, go fishing, and just enjoy the scenery. Best part is, it's not overcrowded and wall-to-wall people. Most of the other parkgoers we've met are Youngstown-area locals, and they are very friendly and polite. They really love and appreciate this beautiful park, as they should.

Mill Creek is a nice and beautiful metro park no matter what part you visit, it's always a good experience.

The park is great for hiking, birdwatching, a nice drive, very relaxing.

Huge park. Great views, trails, lakes, woods, wildlife and attractions. You can get lost if you don't know your way around. There's alot to do there but you have to find it. Get out there and see what's there for you.

Beautiful, almost enchanted, bridge. Almost expected knights to be waiting on the other side. Or... Even trolls to pop out from underneath demanding a toll.

Beautiful place with many different varieties of recreation and nature. I was golfing with my parents at the 18 hole par 3 course, next door to there are batting cages, there are many things for all ages to do, year around, one of the best and well known sled riding hills.

Nice par 3 for a low cost. In really nice condition. Lots of ball marks on the green. 2 carts art available as well as club rentals.
