Ordered my first set of aftermarket wheels and tires from Smetz.

Smetz was recommended by a family friend, glad I followed their advice. Knowledgeable and super nice staff. Will be back.

The service was good. I had to get a tire sensor replaced and the tire repaired. They were professional and courteous. The job was done well. I would recommend this place for any type service/purchase.

We recently had our work van serviced by Smetz tire and I would like to say we are beyond happy about how they went above and beyond to fix a little error that was made. The team, from the owner to the counter guys and service techs are all great people. We look forward to being customers of Smetz Tire and Service for a very long time.

Today I had a tire emergency the two gentleman that helped replace all four of my tires was the best Devin and Tory was fast friendly knowledgeable and treated me with the up most respect these 2 saved the day for me I'll be a repeat customer!!!

Tod and my tire tech took care of me and my semi lickety split! I had to replace a drive tire with a sidewall leak. Reasonable price and VERY quick service made this on the road emergency repair a good experience! Pull through bays, easy in and out. 6 Stars for Smetz’s!

I had a burnt out turn signal bulb that they were unable to help me change at auto zone due to how the light was attached. I called and talked to Eric at Smetzs and he told me to stop on over he would check it out. He was able to change it for me right then and I was on my way. Can’t beat that kind of friendly, helpful service! Thanks Eric!

We were traveling from out of town when our tire got a nail in it and started losing air. We randomly picked this place on Google and so glad we did! They were able to patch it pretty quickly! Very nice and helpful. While we do not live around here, highly recommend!

Semi trailer supersingle rim and tire change. Called them first thing in the morning they dispatched immediately and started getting things around to get our truck back on the road. Awesome customer service.

Great customer service! Got me in very next day for a 4 wheel alignment, and it was under $100. Coffee provided, or bring change for pop machine. Relax in waiting room, and watch the fish.

Excellent service and customer service. After a different local shop cancelled my appointment, Smetz's accommodated my much needed snow tire rotation. I was incredibly grateful and impressed by their willingness to assist. They even neatly bagged up my summer tires for easy transport.

On 5/17/2023, I blew a tire on our travel trailer just south of Ahland. Limped into town and parked on a side street. My wife searched her phone for a place that offered roadside service. In less then 45 minutes, Smetzers had a service truck out, installed new tire and we were on our way. Great job Smetzer's.!!!

I was on my way to OSU and it was raining/wet snow on I-71 and my windshield wipers stopped working so I pulled off the nearest exit and thank goodness it was the Ashland exit! Thankfully I I found Smetz's on Google and called and talked to Poncho who was SO nice. He had me drive there and he took my car right in and they replaced the wiper transmission on the spot and were very reasonable. Just extremely nice people that helped a stranger get to her son. So grateful.

Excellent service!! Ended up needing to get 2 lug nuts replaced and they helped loosen them and replace them at no charge. Definitely will be going to them for my future vehicle repairs/needs

I needed tires replaced on my boat trailer before the weekend and they got me in same day and back on the road! Friendly and fast service!

Very helpful! My car broke down during my trip and I had to leave it at Walmart. They were able to pick up my car, identify and fix the problem, and check other parts of my car I was concerned about all in just a few hours short notice. Great customer service and my car rides much smoother now!!

I’m from Fort Wayne, Indiana. My wife and I broke down over by Wooster. Our tow truck driver took us to a shop that he highly recommended. That shop was Smetz’s Tire. We were stranded in a Motel 6.. Troy, the owner, came and gave me a ride to Enterprise to rent a car. Eric and Poncho were extremely nice. This place treated me like family and made sure my wife and I got home safely. 10/5 stars would recommend. Haven’t even had my vehicle fixed at the time of writing this.

Just had a retread tire failure today, my company reached out to Smetz, and the service truck was at my truck on I-71 15 minutes later. Fast service and a great worker.

Nice people my go to place for tire repairs

We discovered we had a flat after filling up just off the interstate. While I used our emergency fix-a-flat kit, my spouse started looking for a place to drive to for tire service. We were very happy to find Smetz nearby. Not only was Smetz was able to repair our tire, they further advised us to save our money by buying a new generic fix-a-flat kit instead of replacing just the canister of the Toyota version that we had just used (which would be twice as pricey). Smetz was able to get us on the road within an hour and, best of all, charged us less than $30.
