They were very friendly, and helpful. I had issues with air dryer on my T680. They got me all fixed, and back on the road very quickly. I truly appreciate their speedy service.

I had problems with my DEF, so I called them to see if they can fix it. They asked me a few questions being compassionate and not rude. They informed me that they had no trucks waiting and that I can be the first one if I can make it. The mechanics took my truck into the garage found the problem and began working on it within the hour. I had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

Called and spoke to Tony in Service. Explained that I had a driver close by in derate and showing 3-4 DEF related codes. He called back within 15 mins and said to bring the truck in. I full expected to have my driver drop off the truck and come back in a few days, but when my driver arrived, Tony told him it would only be a couple of hours, so my driver waited.
Within (3) hours, my driver was back on the road.

I cannot thank Tony and the shop enough for their professionalism and expedient repairs. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Experienced low oil pressure shut down. Truck was taken in and diagnosed quickly and a comprehensive estimate was given for review. Communication was excellent with ongoing phone calls. Estimate was reasonable and repairs were completed on time and within budget. I interacted with Dale Green, the Service Manager, he is very patient, knowledgeable, professional and listens to all concerns and provides all the needed answers politely. Other at the KW Ashland OH dealership are also polite and helpful. I will highly recommend this dealership.

Definitely one of the few dealers on top of the game. Very nice people in the service department and always giving the customer an update of the situation with the truck. Whoever is the manager there should be satisfied with his team and how they do their job.

$$$ Most thing's inside those doors are pricey. But it's a dealership so...
I have yet to go in, and find something I need out of stock. So that's a plus. I've never used the service side. (Knock on wood). The weekend hour's suck. But so does everyone else's. Give them a call. Chances are they'll have what you need.

We cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received from Kenworth of Ashland. Everyone there treated us with such respect and above excellent customer service. We were traveling home from Michigan and had an issue with our Montana Big Sky. Hans has so much mechanical expertise and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. His customer service was beyond outstanding. In addition, Logan and Tom extended us excellent customer service. Top notch customer service, our Kenworth T300 was down and out, crank/no-start, towed to Kenworth of Ashland, and "Jimbo" and his staff diagnosed and had our truck back to us in a couple days! Fantastic communication throughout entire downtime, they have created a customer for life! Thanks again!

Great mechanics and great service. Its not like many dealerships. Got stuck here for the weekend and Cara was great in recommending hotels, etc.. Very friendly and hospititable and they dont treat you like you are stupid.
