Nike pulled their contract with all retail shoe stores for some lame reason, but they still had pumas and other name brands and prices are still reasonable. The employees are sweet and shared their water for a baby bottle.

Shelly in Ashland, Ohio helped me over the phone. I am about 45 minutes away from her store but was willing to drive for the specific pair of shoes my local Shoe Dept carried but didn't have my size. Shelly checked and did not have them either but suggested I use their website and also told me about free shipping for a purchase over $49.99. I had no idea about the website until Shelly told me about it and thankfully, they had the shoe I was searching for in my size online! Free shipping! If I'm ever in Ashland I will certainly go their store and am so greatful for her excellent customer service. I'm one happy lady!
