Words cant explain how helpful Moriah was to us in this process. As first time home buyers who knew nothing about the process she started helping us from day one. We first met with Moriah in a private first time home buyers meeting. Where she explained the process and jargon to us. From there she set us up with a lender and between the two of them we made a 6 month plan to save and start looking. Even though COVID-19 she was able to keep us on track and on our schedule. Once we were pre-approved Moriah showed us multiple houses a week. Any Zillow listing we were interested in she would set up the appointment ASAP to go see the house. She worked on our schedule for afternoons we could or couldn't see houses. Due to a crazy market she helped us submit multiple offers on multiple houses and although we didn't always win she used multiple strategies to help win bids like an escalation clause which she was very knowledgeable. Moriah was also an incredible emotional support to us when we were getting upset about finding the right house or losing a bid. I could text her or call her at any point and know she would support us. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about Moriah and the team on helping us purchase our dream home. Moriah was also excellent through the inspection/closing period by explaining all the steps and keeping everything on a time schedule. I would recommend Moriah to anybody looking to buy or sell a home, she is amazing!
