The intake process was nice and easy. Everyone in the facility was very nice and welcoming. Doctors and staff are well informed and knowledgeable! They even had doughnuts set out to share with everyone! I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking their medical card.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process extremely easy. Once I found the place, the reception was fast and friendly. It was a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Dietrich was friendly and thorough, answering any questions that I had. Process was extremely easy as well as the navigation of forms needed to fill out before the appointment. Appointment with the Dr. was short and sweet and any questions I had were thoroughly answered. May I mention the kindness of everyone I had an encounter with. I’m very satisfied and happy with my business here and would recommend to anyone looking to get their medical card!

I didn’t know what to expect and I was so nervous, but the receptionist was extremely kind and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. Then the doctor was also very informative and we went over all my questions and concerns, she gave me so many amazing ideas of what else could help in my day to day Health wise , which I really appreciated! I have recommended this office to anyone that asked me where to go

From the beginning of the process, the website was extremely informative and very clear to understand.The application process was also easy to finish. I had received multiple reminders of where to go, what to bring, and what to expect. Kim & Kayla were very informative, kind, and helpful! I felt very welcomed and at ease as soon as I stepped foot inside! My appointment time was kept, which was very appreciated due to my hectic schedule! Speaking with John, was my favorite part of my experience! He was so warm hearted and open to discussing everything I wanted to talk about! He honestly felt like family! By the time I left, I had 0 questions unanswered and I was much more well informed on how medical marijuana can provide me with the help I needed. I am extremely thankful for Kim, Kayla, and John. 🤍 I can't wait to see all of you again! ❤

I would definitely recommend them. I called to schedule my appointment and the Intake lady who scheduled me was very nice and answered all of my questions. The day of the appointment I arrived early and was greeted by the person at the front desk who also was quite cheerful and nice. i was seen early and the Doctor ran through a series of questions. After he gave me his recommendations And explained a few things. I was taken into another office and the process of getting my card was explained too me.

You guys are awesome. Very good at being organized in setting up a appointment for renewal. Loved my Dr. this year. Please don’t change anything you’re doing. You guys are great. The virtual appointment was very easy and enjoyable. Thank you again.

I was EXTREMELY nervous to start this process and put it off for quite a while, but as soon as I called I knew I was talking to the right people. During my initial call, every question I had was answered, and I was helped through the process with compassion! I genuinely believed that every person I spoke with was both extremely knowledgeable, and truly wanted to help me improve my medical situation. I was able to submit my medical records electronically prior to my appointment, and Dr. Detrick seemed to actually be familiar with them when I was in the office. After my appointment, the office staff took the time to walk me through not just the rest of the process, but provide additional resources, and what to expect moving forward. Everyone made sure I knew how to move forward responsibly, and that I understood everything.

They also move FAST! When they said they would be submitting my recommendation by the end of the day, they meant that. It was in my inbox by the time I drove home.

I would recommend this office and the entire staff to anyone. I feel comfortable working with them going forward, and I especially appreciated that I never felt judged throughout the process. I definitely made the right choice, thank you all so much for everything!

I found the office to be clean and the people very helpful, cheerful even to say Happy Valentine's Day to me. They know their business and have handouts for every question we came up with. They are so easy to work with and quickly process all the paperwork so keep their office flowing. Dr. Lango was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and so very kind and respectful. The whole experience was so easy and nice. This is my 2nd visit, last year was an in office visit, and it was such a good experience.
This year, was thru a video call. Again, very pleasurable and professional. The doctors are very kind and have a good “bed side manner” !

The office was very relaxed and comfortable while maintaining professionalism. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they they enjoy what they do. They were eager to share their thoughts and knowledge with you. My doctor was thorough with her examination, asking a lot of questions so she had a complete understanding of my issue.

I received my registration via email 15 mins after I left the appointment. Whole appointment time was about 45 minutes.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The office was easy to find, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff helped me navigate through the steps and I left with my card. I experienced no issues whatsoever and highly recommend calling and setting up an appointment.

The staff and doctor at this location are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. I did not feel rushed during my appointment and felt individually cared for with my medical history taken seriously giving me a mmj card as well as an overall plan of treatment for my condition. Extremely happy that I chose this doctors office for my experience. As soon as I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk employee Kelly. While waiting for my appointment I began to feel anxious. Kelly and the Office Manager Anna went out of their way to calm my nerves and made me feel welcome. The appointment with Dr. Dietrich shattered any last remaining nerves I had felt. Dr. Dietrich was so knowledgeable and professional that I instantly knew I had made the right decision in coming to this office. Overall, I have never felt more comfortable in a doctors office and I can't thank the staff enough for easing my nerves.
