They helped my family through a lot with my cat and Dr.Tony is great. She made everything easy to understand and is wonderful to be with.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring my cats when I moved back to Ohio.

Dr. Tangeman was very thorough in his examination of our dog and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. The office staff is always helpful, and the newly remodeled clinic is well laid out and very attractive.

I absolutely love taking our pets to Mahoning Valley Vetrinary Centre. All of the staff are always so kind and compassionate… I am someone who tends to ask a lot of questions ( especially when trying to tend to a medical issue with my pets ) and every time I call they talk to me so kindly and answer all my questions. They never make me feel like a bother and are never trying to rush me off the phone. They are always so patient and understanding, which is so appreciated. I also feel they take such great care of our pets during exams and truly want the best for our animals. Don’t think twice about taking your animals here, just do it! You won’t regret it 😊

My kitten recently hurt her leg falling off my bed and I tried an emergency med vet and waited so long and never was seen and the next morning, bright and early I was on the phone to all the local vets to have my kitten seen due to my current vet not having doctors available that day . I called Mahoning Valley Veterinary and the receptionist worked her magic to get my cat in when so many other places said they were scheduling a few weeks out. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and how smooth the process went. I highly recommend and they answered all questions I had and explained everything . I was also impressed with the pricing as well. Thank you for being the answers to my stressful day. I’m glad my cat had the staff to look after her . Thank you again From Mega 🌟

First visit with our cat this week and staff was attentive and thorough. Appreciated that the cat's exam was conducted in front of us rather than behind the scenes. Procedures were fully explained as was pricing. Already made an appointment for one of the other cat's so we are satisfied and would recommend this vet!

These people are so great. They fix the problem and answer all my questions. I have no complaints :)
Update: Our cat, Richie , is doing so much better!! I am so so so thankful for this place, we were so worried about him, one visit and a couple of medications later, and he's eating again and seems so much happier !!

I have 4 huskies and 6 cats. I've been going here for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is AMAZING.. They've seen my family at some of our worst times, yet they've always made us feel supported and cared for.

Took my two fur babies for a check up. The Techs were very nice & made me and my two babies feel comfortable and important. The vet seemed to be experienced and she also showed concern for their health. They got a clean bill of health 😁I was very happy with their care. I would definitely recommend.

The receptionists were polite and friendly, and the tech I had was very straightforward in explaining everything she was doing, what needed to be done, and why. It was also my first time taking my cat to the vet, and she was very well behaved.

Amazing vet business and techs and office women!!! Took great care of Noodles several times with vaccines and surgery. They are upfront with their price and no surprises or add on prices like most vets. Great for emergency appointments or if you're truly in need. Couldn't ask for better care for my pet. ❤thank you guys so much!!!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My pup has anxiety and they always help to make her feel less anxious. The best vet clinic I have been to!!! Always highly recommend!

The staff are all extremely welcoming, the techs and veterinarians are very personable and you can tell they enjoy working with the animals. I’m very glad we decided to come here for our cats’ veterinary care!

I just moved back home last year, my cat got really sick and I tried every place i could find and they all had a 2-3 week waiting list. After a few more days my cat was getting worse, I knew he needed antibiotics. So my fiance's mom called and i was able to take him that same day. They are very caring and professional. My cat had a bad upper respiratory infection, he's been antibiotics for 10 out of the 14 days and he's pretty much 100% back to health. I am so grateful for their concern and immediate care they gave him. Mahoning Valley Veterinary Clinic will always be my first choice from now on. Thank you!

Very professional and caring staff. Answered all of our "silly" questions about our new puppy and took great care of him. Our older dog was having some allergy issues and they were very upfront about costs and options and gave us great advice. I am happy to say her skin condition is cured and the puppy is doing great.

Mom & Dad took Flex for his yearly exam & stuff. They were impressed. Very happy!

Started going here when the practice first opened due to a misdiagnosis and my concerns about my dog at that time not being taken seriously by a popular Howland Vet Clinic. That dog ended up being euthanized for a costly mistake. I have never looked back! The care and concern shown to my pets past and current from Dr. Tangeman, Dr. Makosky, Dr. Ballinger the staff at Mahoning Valley Veterinary Centre has been unsurpassed! They have each listened intently and taken into account what we feel is best for our pets! They have never made us feel that our concerns have been unfounded or ridiculous. I sincerely appreciate them all for caring for our babies, just as we do. Thank you Dr. Tangeman, Dr. Makosky and Dr. Ballinger for understanding that our fur babies ARE INDEED part of our family and deserve the same level of respect, dignity and love that we do!

Beautiful office and awesome staff! I had my nervous cat as well as my daughter and the staff was awesome with my cat and even carried him in&out for me since I was pushing a stroller too. I did have to wait a little bit but just like any doctor, stuff happens. I will be taking my dog here from now on, too!

Very nice people and have my dogs best interest!! He's a big boi and they try their hardest to hold him still.. Deogi loves them!!!
