If I could leave 0stars I would. It’s been over 1 week since I sent a message to my doctor. I haven’t received a response. I have tried calling to get someone to speak can’t get to the office I need to have someone give me a call back. Today I got a hold of someone and was immediately told after explaining my situation that I need to just deal with it. And the doctor was doing me a favor by helping me. I will be seeking legal action! Don’t go here unless you want to be demoralized as a person.

Steer clear of Dr. Andi. I went to the walk in clinic today for a possible foot infection and swelling. My doctor was on vacation and I did a virtual visit the night before and the doctor recommended I seek out medical attention because he wasnt sure what it was either bacteria or an arthritic issue. She was so dismissive, told me she couldnt help me, denied it was a foot infection. She said " Im not giving you narcotics". I never asked for that, I asked her to make sure it wasn't bacteria and asked how can i manage swelling and pain because motrin wasnt doing it. I had to go somewhere else for care because guess what... I have a bacteria infection!! Wow shocking. I would not go to this walk in. If you absolutely have to make sure Dr Kurt is there.

How ridiculous that they wouldn't do the blood work my podiatrist ordered because he isn't a Mercy Health Dr? Who cares as long as my insurance pays

There one lady that so rude everyone nice but her she must hate her job or something she mean and not helpful at all.

Very professional, spent time with me, did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. Spacious environment, not overbooked and crowded in waiting room

One of staff at front desk rude and unprofessional, other staff was okay. Treating patient with attitude.

The lady that answers the phone is a rude C@nt! Doesnt matter how nice u are to her.
