Needed a copy of my truck registration - Service was great! No wait time and staff were friendly and attentive. Much better than going to DMV...

First time visiting this branch since I moved to the valley. I scheduled an online appointment for DMV service. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes.The reps were courteous and polite. AAA is expensive but worth every dime.

Shopping for insurance honestly AAA is honestly your best bet thanks for great service from the time I walked in after visiting multiple insurance companies my last stop reassured me this is exactly what I need thanks AAA

I had such a great experience, I am so glad i switched to AAA for my auto insurance. Angeles is so kind & knowledgeable & very professional she walked me through everything step by step. Super friendly staff and customer service. We were in and out to register our car in 15 minutes at most. Another customer was there making a fuss about the DMV prices, as if it was AAA's fault or choice, but the staff handled him politely. Even with that, It was a great experience as we and others in line were taken care of quickly and staff was super friendly.

I went to the Manteca branch office of AAA to renew my vehicle registration. I was a walk-in. After checking in with the kiosk, my name was called before I could even take a seat! The service was efficient, friendly, and I was out of there in 5 minutes!

Thank U so much for the great service I received this morning starting with the receptionist who opened the door for me, the lady that helped me with my lost handicap license plate she made my request so easy and quick, next it was raining outside and I had to take the plate off and return it for new ones. I was in my walker and I was getting ready to tackle the project when two lovely young ladies that work for AAA came out with an umbrella and tools and told me to sit in my car and they put it on for me.

I first called the Modesto office and they said they would be back to me in five minutes and they never did.
After an hour, I called the Manteca office and they helped me right away and provided very clear, detailed explanations to my questions.

Lance did such a good job as my provider, he made the process easy to understand and was very knowledgeable, he showed patience, and walked me through it step by step. Wilfred, my installer did an amazing job! He was quick and very detailed on how to use my control panel, as well as giving good advice and recommendations, due to himself having experience of the AAA smart home security system. I can’t be more impressed and thankful. I truly feel secure and safe thanks to the help of these two!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in to renew our roadside plan but had to juggle quote a botbof stuff then register a vehicle then about 4 more questions. Handled very professionally and quickly. Highly recommend AAA

We had a great experience today at the Manteca AAA branch. It was a great experience with our customer service agent in the DMV area. Lance was super helpful and helped us with our transaction. It was not an easy one and he was a very good listener, extremely patient, and very thorough! No shortcuts! AAA…you have a great employee in Lance. We wish him well in his career with AAA 😀

Great customer service. Checked in, sat down, called up to the counter, business done, all in about 10 minutes. WAY better than a DMV experience. YMMV

Just got back, my experience was even BETTER than before. Awesome.

As a first time car owner, i had an issue with my insurance and registration, AAA was there for me! Right when I walked in I was greeted by Lance Gonzalez, very nice and quick to help!! i was waiting for about 5 mins and i was very happy and grateful they were able to help me! If i could rate them a 100 i would! I will be going back to AAA with all my Dmv needs!!

My experience with dmv this time was great. The Hispanic lady came from Stockton branch. And she was a sweetheart. Thank you kind lady AAA needs more like you

Needed help after daughter locked keys in her truck on our outing. AAA was fast, and courteous got us on or way without ruining our day. Thanks AAA
