Fins Seafood & Grille

The pre-meal bread they serve is a bit mid and the live music was too loud for my taste, but everything else was great. Food was amazing and server (Morgan R.) was very nice and helpful.

Was completely amazed by this Gem, I've lived in Findlay my entire life and have never been here. And I've eaten everywhere in town. (Only seafood lover in my immediate family). The lobster bisque was so good I got another bowl to go, the Ahi Tuna was perfectly seared and the rest was so amazing. Gonna be coming back for sure.

Really enjoyed getting dinner here! Highlights were the Filet, the New Brunswick Oysters and the Truffle Fries with Cheese Fondue - they should make that a permanent appetizer! The dessert was on point, can’t go wrong with any of the cheesecakes or carrot cake.

Server Tanya was great....you can tell the place was short handed as most are these days but she did a great job. Food was fantastic. Started with the calamari which was the best I have had since I was in South Africa. Had the Walleye special which I had hoped it was more fresh but looked more like a frozen triangle cut of fish....in any case its coating was great, not heavy greasy like most fried fish and flavor was great. Served with homemade dill tarter was an added bonus. The side of broccoli was almost a half head and was perfectly steamed. Topped of with a nice cab, it was a perfect meal. Thank you, I will be back on next visit to Findlay.

Wagu... alaskan king crab... oysters... calamari.... top notch!!!! One of the best dinners I've had in awhile.

Great local restaurant! Perfect for a nicer date night or a nicer meal! I chose to sit at the bar and eat there fish taco special. Very good Monday night deal listed on their website. Great draft beer and people to talk to at the bar. Would recommend for a nicer ambiance and related evening!

I was in town on business and found this place! Food was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly. We ate there twice in the 4 days we were there. I will eat there again if I ever go back up there.

We were passing by on our way north. We didn’t realize it was Valentines weekend, so when we asked to be seated in the later evening, we were asked if we had a reservation. The bar was full so the hostess had to see if they could accommodate us & thankfully they did. Our experience was fantastic! The calamari & 1801 Fin’s salad was yummy. My husband said the old fashioned was the best he’s ever had. The waitress Becca was great! Live music was instrumental & created an easy fun atmosphere.

Fin's Seafood is excellent. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and they did not disappoint us. They let us in an hour b4 usual 4p opening time since it is also NY Eve. Rachel was terrific and everything was as Damon (exec chef) promised. I had a Wagyu Rib Steak which was grilled to perfection and My wife had a grilled lobster tail, also excellent. All of this with a cream brouillet dessert on the house. Perfect dinner.

Restaurant is cozy but also very busy. The lighting was a little weird. Dim lighting but the light placement itself made it hard to see the other people at the table. Overall good food and service !

Had the filet mignon, it was so tender and juicy. Price is higher, but that's expected and worth it. Felt a little out of place, with everyone wearing nicer clothes, but will be coming back next time we're close.

The chef helped cook specific to my dietary restrictions, and it was delicious! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing!! Great vibe!

It was a pleasure to meet the lady who is at the reception. the food is very good and tasty, and said by an Italian, according to me, it's worth double. I tried alligator meat and "strange" salads (mix of fruit and vegetables). All very good. prices slightly high but worth the expense.

Here for the first time tonight. The atmosphere was nice with live music! Food was great!

Fins is absolutely the best seafood restaurant our area! Their calamari is the best I've had anywhere and everything we order is always amazing. We live about an hour away and we typically go up once a month or more. It's a casual place with high end food and a friendly staff.

Fantastic service, food and drinks as usual. This is one of the nicest places to have dinner in Findlay.

Great as always. Sadly Fins is closed as of March 12.

The walleye was very good but had several bones! I'm not sure how hard filleting walleye is so I didn't complain. The place was very nice and the waitress did a good job!
