2 Thumbs up was a great choice for my hand/wrist therapy. The staff is fantastic. They are all very sweet and dedicated to providing great care and a wonderful rehab experience. They paid great attention to my needs and questions. I love everyone there, but worked with Bridget 90% of the time. She was awesome. I'm actually going to miss everyone there. I recommend 2 Thumbs Up and would choose them again if I ever needed more therapy.

I enjoyed every minute of every session at Two Thumbs Up and was very happy with the progress I made after having trigger finger release surgery. The occupational therapists are absolutely wonderful and support their clients in a way that is very encouraging and fun! An added benefit is it is a woman owned business as well!
I hope I don’t need future occupational therapy but if I do, I will happily return.

It’s actually Nancy Hoit! I had a really serious break in my arm and wrist. It was repaired surgically with a steel plate and pins. The therapists at 2 thumbs up were terrific… patient, kind and skillful. In 6 weeks I have restored a nearly normal range of motion and I’m restoring strength as well. I recommend them highly.
I also suggest that you take a screen shot of your X-rays and show it to them so they can see the nature of your injury. Apparently hospitals can’t send them directly.

If you have thumb/hand/wrist surgery, go to 2 Thumbs Up for OT. Terri and Bridget are the best! Not only do they know their stuff but they are also kind, friendly and enthusiastic. I was particularly impressed with the custom splints they made for me during my healing phases. Very much recommend this small business!

Healthcare at its finest!
Clinic owner and therapist Terri leads an incredible team of caring therapists and support staff. My post hand surgery care was led by skilled, knowledgeable, kind therapists Bridget & Terri. They worked tirelessly to find solutions! Sue and Niamh enthusiastically supported their efforts in helping me succeed. If you seek effective care in a compassionate environment, look no further. I highly recommend 2 Thumbs Up! Many, many thanks to the team! Kasey

I had a great experience at 2 Thumbs Up Hand Therapy. With my fractured wrist immobilized in a cast for over 6 weeks, I had very little range of motion or strength when the cast came off. But within just a few weeks I saw marked improvement and when I "graduated" I had regained my mobility and strength. Terri and her amazing team are very skilled and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the office is professional, but also caring, friendly and fun. I'm glad I chose 2 Thumbs Up, and I am thrilled with the progress I made thanks to their guidance and encouragement.

Dont be fooled by the name, 2 Thumbs Up is a great resource. I highly recommend 2TUHT post surgery. My fractured wrist and tendon repair recovery has exceeded expectations with the help of this talented crew. I was hesitant to even accept the therapy ("what can they possibly do for a hand?"), but Terri and her team helped me recover my range of motion and strength better than I would have done on my own and they saved me from re-injuring myself, too. THANK YOU, 2TUHT! I hope you don't need them, but if you do, you'll be in good hands. 😉

I had a positive experience at 2 Thumbs Up hand therapy. Theresa, Bridget, Niamh and the whole team are professional and caring. I had osteoporosis in my hands with little mobility and range of motion. After about 6 weeks of therapy, I had full use of my hands again and strength restored. Highly recommended.

If I could give 100 stars I seriously would. I injured my hand, I severed an extensor tendon in my thumb which was repaired and unfortunately ruptured post-op. I had to go thru OT to gain strength, dexterity and flexibility before it could be repaired a second time and I used Two Thumbs Up. Bridget and Theresa and the entire staff were totally amazing. They helped me get ready for my second surgery which was a tendon transfer and the subsequent recovery. I really enjoyed my time spent with this very happy and positive group and the recovery in my hand has been beyond my greatest hopes. I honestly didn’t know if the strength and range of motion in my hand would ever be the same and it is thanks to this talented group of professionals. Even my surgeon passed along his gratitude for how well my recovery was handled. If you ever need an OT, call Two Thumbs Up, they are wonderful. And trust me, stay away from hatchets!

I did my hand therapy at 2 Thumbs Up after thumb/hand surgery. The staff makes you comfortable and relaxed so therapy is a good experience. They did not rush me out and made sure I was making good progress. They all have great attitudes about their jobs. Would definitely recommend.

I am very grateful to the staff at 2 Thumbs Up for the care they provided to me in my post surgical recovery. Terri and Bridget and team provided me with excellent care. I was most impressed with, not only their professional skills and knowledge of my condition, but with their strong communication skills. They listened to my questions, they made sure they understood my goals, they were great in educating me about my progress, and they collaborated with my surgeon.

I would (and have) highly recommend 2 Thumbs Up.

I love 2 Thumbs Up. I have been a patient at this O.T. facility two times and each time I received the best care from the therapist. Terry, Bridget and staff are so kind and professional. I knew I had the best care with Bridget. She always listened to my concerns and with her guidance and therapy I was able to regain the full use of my thumb after having arthroscopy surgery on my CMC joint. Very blessed to have been under the care of such professional staff from Terry who is the owner and lead therapist to Bridget, O.T. to office manager, Susan. Check them out ---

The team at 2 thumbs up did an excellent job helping me recover and regain strength in my hand from a work related injury. As someone that uses their hands heavily to perform their job it was important that I found the right people to help me recover. 👍🏻👍🏻

Personal attention was given to meet my rehab needs. The environment is focused on healing, strengthening and assimilating back into my normal routines at home and at work. Overlaying the rehab work is a great staff providing positive reinforcement, inclusiveness and humor throughout. A great place to recover and heal!

Having been to afew different physical therapy places I am happy to let anyone needing Hand Therapy know, that in my opinion this is THE place to go. Terri and her team are warm, welcoming and knowlegeable dedicated professionals who work with you so that you may reach your most optimal results and functionality. Additionally the set up and atmosphere at "2 Thumbs Up" is friendly, comfortable and encouraging. As a pleasant surprise I found that Terri and her team's work ethic is to get you in to see them by comparison remarkably quicker than other places, of which there aren't many to begin with compared to other kinds of therapy. I found this out while researching where I could go for Hand Therapy until I found them.

The reason I went there was post surgery for a double fractured wrist & hand injury. It resulted in diminished use of wrist, hand, thumb and fingers that initially couldn't be moved or touched.

I never thought I'd say the sentence, "I actually looked forward going for my hand therapy appointments!" :) They made it fun. They got me to a place where my "Humpty Dumpty pieced back together wrist/hand/fingers" can function a whole lot better than I thought I would be able to. Something I am very grateful and thankful for.
My experience was very positive. You just feel very cared about from the moment you walk in, until you "graduate".
I wish whomever reads my recommendation and thoughts about 2 Thumbs Up Hand Therapy, the best of luck and an experience/result as positive as mine.
