I had to drive across the state to find the car I wanted in a manual transmission, and I found it at BNM Auto Group. The sales person I talked to (Willy) was super nice and answered all my questions, and the owner came out to meet me for an appointment during off hours because it was the only time I could make it out. I really appreciate how accommodating they were considering my tight schedule! The car was as described, and they didn't mind me poking around and giving it a thorough look over. I've been driving it for a week and so far it's been perfect for me. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you need a good car, especially on a budget! They're quality people.

I just purchased a 2004 BMW 3 Series from BNM. The car is in excellent condition, the whole experience was refreshing and a breath of fresh air. They were very personable, which is something you just don’t get nowadays, dealing with Willy and Tom was great. Kevin at BNM was very responsive to all requests for information and they had a great selection of vehicles to choose from for my son's first car. We ended up getting a Hyundai Azera to fit his 6'6" height but had plenty others to look at on the lot. Appreciate their generous hold policy if you find a car you are interested in and an option to buy a 3rd party warranty for those interested in that coverage. Will be looking at BNM when my youngest is ready for his first car. Very positive experience.

I was looking to purchase a 2006 BMW 550I. I saw a 2008 model online at BNM Auto Group. It had a price tag above my shopping budget. When I discovered that BNM had listed the vehicle at approximately 3,000 lower than any seller across the nation I could not pass on it. Their prices are very good, just do the research and you'll see it's true.

I gave the dealer ship a call and Spoke with Kevin Wieder. I explained that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, the car was in Ohio and I was in Kentucky on my way to a planned trip to New York. Kevin kindly made arrangements to lock in a pending sale for me (with a good faith down payment of course). After explaining the situation to him he realized that I was in the service and gave me a military discount and that me for serving. I told all my friends that I was buying a car over the internet. They said all sorts of crazy things about how so many people get taken doing this sort of thing. Hands down, never worried, I trusted him right away. He didn't give me all that on the lot sales talk. He treated me like we knew each other for years.

I drove from New York to test drive the car and finalize the sale. After I arrived Kevin seemed more excited about the car than I was. Not only do they have good prices, are very friendly, and they have quality vehicles. This car was so beautiful inside it was overwhelming. I just love them. They have nice vehicles and at a reasonable price.... I couldnt love my 2003 Honda Odyssey anymore then I do. Kevin was a huge help had us in and out in about an hour. Highly Highly recommend this business for anyones future car,Truck, and van needs.

I hate shopping for a car whether new or used because it's a stressful endeavor but when I stopped in at BNM I found the entire experience to be a pleasant one. Found my childhood dream car here. The day after the car was posted I gave them a call, Willy was on the other line and was very helpful and informative. I told him I wanted the truck but wouldnt able to come purchase it until the following weekend, coming from ny. I put a deposit down and crossed my fingers. I would call periodically to make sure they didnt sell it and they never did, even though they would get 50 phone calls a day about it. When the day arrived I flew to Ohio and purchased the truck. Owner and son were extremely friendly and didnt pressure me at all. Let me take a 20 minute test drive even though they were about to close. Signed the paper work and drove home. Listen you wont find a better deal than this dealership, they even have a shop on sight and switched out a solenoid on the truck before I had gotten there. I am very happy with my purchase and sorry to everyone who tried purchasing the 2006 colorado xtreme from them. I was the person they were holding it for.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Staff was awesome and helpful, and made me feel like a good friend through the entire experience. They honor military and seniors with a special discount ! And they even changed my break light free of charge a week after I realized it was out after the purchase of my new beautiful car! Prices are right on the low for kelly blue book value !! We bought a car here yesterday and all I can say is that it was such a SMOOTH and EASY transaction!!! We love the fact that they post the Carfax report on any of their vehicle so that the people that are buying can make an educated decision on whether or not they want to purchase a car on their lot. First place I bought a used car in a long time where on the way home or few days later it DID NOT broke down. during my test drive there was a issue with the car tie rod. they fixed it before I bought the car. I have had the car for a week now and drove it alot. I love it. buying a new car is always a gamble, but they have their own mechanic. very good sales man the younger one very helpfull!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Taurus---it was fairly high mileage at 126k but was much cheaper than comparable cars. The vehicle was as advertised on-line, and was very clean inside and out. I have driven it for over a week and it appears to be in very good condition. Other than the price, what I appreciated the most about BNM is that there were no high-pressure sales techniques. I test drove the car on a Sunday and said I needed time to think it over before making an offer, and the staff was completely OK with that. It was refreshing compared to other dealers.

For the first time I had such a good experience buying a used car from a dealership. I have bought many used and new cars before. Great price and very good vehicle. They even changed the brakes at my request. Drove my vehicle 45 miles away to my home on Saturday evening. Straight forward and honest people.
