I went here and got some crickets and live worms for my bearded dragon. The owner gave me extra. Good deals on the food. Tons of birds. Theyd been here for a long time. Meet the owner. Pretty cool dude and the place has a very homey feel. Will come back.

I didn’t read all the reviews from the place i just went and everyone can have different opinions the guy is alone working in the shop, he is a very nice guy he helps me with the dog food, also very attentive and answering all the questions the place is a pet store so smells as the way is supposed to be as pet place is animals there so I give my 5 stars because, customer service (10) price (10 ) and very helpful advice (10)

This guy can import any bird through the mail, he got me a great deal on a parrot, got it within 48 hours from berzil it was nicely wrapped up in news paper tied with string, bird is doing awesome and super cool, other pet stores told me that they couldn't get what I wanted in the states, this guy had it almost next day delivery

We needed advice on feeding our new corn snake and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for two years now and ever since I first walked in Mr. Chan set me up with exactly what I asked and every time I go there it’s a fun experience for me n my kids. the verities of pets is much larger than petco or pet smart with better prices too would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add a new pet to there family

Very homey feeling when you walk in and start chatting with the knowledgeable owner. I’ve known him for years and now that I’m getting ready and prepared to buy a baby African Gray I have been coming around more and more. Great place to go would highly recommend it!

Went in tonight to grab supplies and a feeder mouse for our snake since we’re new to the neighborhood. The owner was so kind and sweet. He laughed and joked with my kids while they played with his birds. We ended up chatting about one of my new puppies and he had some great advice. I will be going back every week for new mice and he’s got a lifetime customer!!

Great customer service he actually cares about the animals he sales and is always willing to give any advice when needed. The prices are also great 👍👍👍👍

Love this place the guy who owns it is super nice and his rats are the only rats that my ball python will eat and trust me I tried many other places closer to my home which is in Chula Vista

AJ is the absolute sweetest person in the world! My family has been going to him for years! He always has the best prices on products and he truly loves and cares for animals and the community! All his birds are always well cared for and friendly!

Great service. Have been going to Lemon Grove Pet supplies and Exotics for about a year. RJ understands the needs of the animals. He sold me a Cockatiel bird and has been great. Informative and explains well for first time bird owners. Love the shop and always go there for the grooming. Great job RJ.

The owner is a really nice guy his shop needs some better maintenance but he is doing his best. Its a pets store and of course its got its down sides but the owner makes it 5stars.

nice place he cleans the cages i think evrey week he has alot of supplies i go atleast once a week to see if he got new things i do suggest that he does clean the fish tanks the beta fish are in like wine glass and the fish tanks should be cleaned atleast once a month the birds are in good condition ima ask for a job to see if i can work idk
