My recent stay at Comfort Suites Youngstown was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Sheila, the manager. From the moment I arrived, Sheila's warmth and professionalism were evident. She patiently attended to all my needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and inviting, reflecting the high standards maintained by Sheila and her team. I highly recommend Comfort Suites Youngstown, especially for Sheila's outstanding hospitality. The king suite has microwave, fridge, and TV. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the A/C was quiet. A very nice shower. The hot breakfast included eggs, Canadian bacon, oatmeal with raisins, chocolate chips, and granola, a waffle maker, bagels, muffins, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juice, yogurt, and more. Breakfast opens at 6:30AM and was well stocked. The hotel is convenient yet very quiet. Altogether a satisfying experience.

We have stayed at the Comfort Inn Youngstown North 3 years in a row now for a wrestling event at the Covelli Centre in March and this year had our junior high and elementary teams stay the last two weekends. This past years stay was a little crazy, from getting a block for our team, getting a decent price, losing the block, then booking 20+ rooms after we lost them… but the staff was absolutely wonderful with getting everything situated or fixed for our two teams! Scott B., the general manager was quick to make sure his guests were taken care of. And the staff during our stays were so kind and considerate! We all had to be at the Covelli Centre by 7 am and they were so nice to get breakfast out by 6am, which was a nice variety of choices. They even had welcome signs for our team this past weekend! We appreciate all the wonderful customer service and we can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you!

STAY HERE!!! I stay in hotels about half the nights out of the year due to work, and I’ll tell you, especially since Covid, this hotel is FANTASTIC! Walked in to an incredibly clean lobby, after a quick and swift check in, we walked into an incredibly clean and nice room. Customer service was out of this world and breakfast was great! Can’t recommend enough!

We were pleasantly surprised to see how big, clean, and spacious our room was. We immediately felt that the hotel's "star" rating should be upgraded. And so quiet. Everything worked. Staff were pleasant, efficient, welcoming. The morning breakfast was straight forward and biscuits and gravy were great. Coffee was strong and fresh. Definitely a big surprise in every way. Super nice place!

Room and hotel lobby were very clean. Guest services very kind. Included breakfast with good variety. Will be staying again.

I am very impressed. The room was large with a sitting area. The beds were more comfortable than expected. Breakfast was really good consisting of bacon eggs and yogurt and more. Also was ready before it was advertised. All around a very positive experience. I will definitely consider this location the next time I am in the area.

Stayed recently for a last minute overnight on a larger trip. Hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful. Water pressure could have been better but there was hot water my entire shower.

This place was super surprising for the price. It was about $90 to get the room and a little over a 100 after the taxes and such. But they had a room where you can work out in with an indoor pool and a complimentary breakfast in the. All awesome but the surprising part was the room itself. I thought I was walking into a five-star hotel but this is only rated at a two-star hotel by Google. I would easily rate this a 4-star. Also the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Comfort is really making a name for itself and I will look for these on my next trip.

Adding a fourth review for my go to place in Youngstown. This could have been a disaster. Two nights booked, Veterans Day weekend with events nearby and when we arrive at 11 p.m. we were told hotel overbooked, head to Hermitage, PA. Lisa McAllister, manager on duty, (I believe we talked in the past when I commended you) take notice. Lawrence and Sam pulled out all the stops and snagged us a room. As a Choice elite member I felt vindicated for my loyalty (and as always love the reserved parking). Lisa (and C suite), make sure Sam and Lawrence get their well deserved award. I am also a Wyndham Elite and actually snagged a room down the road but when Lawrence and Sam saved the day I cancelled. Sure the other hotel was fine but I swore to myself if Choice could not honor an elite booking I was gone from their program. Thank goodness they have top quality staff that can deal with the unexpected. Five stars and applause.

Adding a third review as I had to come back to Youngstown for a birthday dinner - shout out to Gatsby's at the Avalon Inn Grand resort - and would not stay anywhere else. Hoping the C suite reads these reviews as I am an elite Choice member and this is one of the finest hotels I have enjoyed, at a reasonable cost. As before appreciated a quick dip in the indoor pool and breakfast but the staff, top to bottom is what really stands out. This trip I want to make sure that Steven Dattilo gets the prize. As Assistant General Manager not only is his service and winning personality great in its own right, but I know he is partially responsible for the overall top level of service and cheerfulness. Perhaps a bonus and promotion, he is the type of employee that any company would value, thanks again, I will return!

Adding this as snowstorm us keeping us here two more nights. Microwave, fridge and pool very welcome - had a "four star" hotel in NYC which did not have any of the three. Special shout out to Tawana, hospitality manager, for handling all and running a tight ship.

Just arrived at this exit off I80 just inside Ohio. Lots of hotels up here and most are second rate. No butler service here but clean with excellent amenities (including being part of Choice). Hope management reads these as I am a platinum member and always pay attention to front desk staff. A big shout out to Deneja, definitely an asset, let her know she is doing a great job and keep up the good work.

Great Place. Stayed 4 nights with the family, (young kids). We all enjoyed the clean rooms, warm pool, and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed them. Will definitely stay here again, and recommend to others. Didn't take pics, but the hotel is only 8 years old, the website pics are still good. 😎👍

Stopped off on our way to lake Michigan it was perfect. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Complimentary breakfast was good and provided a good selection considering

I’ve been a Choice diamond member for about five years. This has been the best hotel. I have stayed at in their chain since I started. The staff were incredibly friendly from check-in to check out.. room was great. The fitness center was clean and all of the equipment was working! Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend!

A gem among the rest of the hotels in the area. Great price and amazing amenities. The area isn't the greatest, but you're probably not in the area for the attraction. So you can't hold that against them. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was exactly what you'd expect. Better than most but nothing to write home about. Pool was clean and the room was lacking in anything offensive.... Would stay here again...

Easy to get to off the interstate and easy to get back on. Great price and exceptional service. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Room and bathroom were super up to date and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard for complimentary. AC unit in the room was a bit loud however not anything too bad. Overall would definitely stay here again and would recommend

It was hard to find, sign low and too small. Once found the rooms were excellent and the service was great. Very nice people and very helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed are pretty comfy and had an ample amount of pillows for us to use. There were usb charging ports around the room which was great since I brought my cords but forgot a charging block. The breakfast options were good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience for my husband and I.

I just stayed at this hotel for a few days because I was in visiting family in the area. And the rooms and the service where really great and Audra the breakfast tenant was very sweet and nice. Her and I got to talk and she is very sweet and I'm very thankful to have her as a worker working at that hotel. Definitely much better service than previous hotels I have been to and just overall a very good experience.
