My family and i had a wonderful time. The hotel was more than i expected. The staff was friendly and accommodated me and my family needs within minute. It was easy to find the ice machine and use it. They provided variations to the free complimentary breakfast. The children loved it. The pool was safe and user friendly and even the other guest were helpful. I didn't know that they used sea salt in the pool until i got in but i was comfortable with it and my feet looked great after getting out. I higher recommend them and plan on taking more trips there just because. Thank y'all for your services.

I was there from out of state, for a week for my son who was in a nearby hospital. The staff, front desk and housekeeping were so warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond, Thank you Everyone for your kindness, especially Jamie!! The hotel itself was had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

I am a Choice hotels member and used some points for a free room while in town. Not only was room nice (hot tub and king bed) but the reception staff was helpful and I even spoke to a worker outside who had done a great job trimming the grass. All the workers were pleasant and happy (I believe a new management team has improved things greatly). Room was clean, checked out the gym and pool (basic but fine) and free breakfast was good Choice style (including fruit and eggs). I notice that everyone was aware I was a regular Choice member so all I can say is they recognise where their bread is buttered and respond accordingly. Can't say how it is if you just want rock bottom price but if you have some loyalty it is rewarded fairly.

I had a very enjoyable stay on a Tuesday night. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable for one person, at least. Breakfast was nice with a variety: eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, waffles, danishes. The receptionist was extremely pleasant, and so were the housekeepers.

I loved this hotel the rooms are nice and affordable. The restaurant down stairs is great and convenient and there's a pool and exercise room. One older front desk lady who was awful but the rest of the staff nice 🙂

Great fascility. Professional and curtious staff. Manager on duty was outstanding and caring. Made sure our event was progressing smoothly. The meeting room, video, screen etc was functioning properly. The rest rooms were very clean. Hallways and lobby were perfect. Sitting areas were well maintained. I was extremely impressed.

From check in to check out staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a minor problem with our room which was quickly and cheerfully handled.

After 400 miles of riding from NJ through Youngstown this was a great stop. I picked up a room without prebooking and decided on a suite for the king bed and juccuzi. After all the time on the motorcycle it was a little oasis of relaxation. I ordered from the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed a couple cocktails while I ate a solid dinner. The food was better than average but not stellar. And enjoyed the rest of the night relaxing. The breakfast had a good amount of options and hit the spot prior to getting on the road again.

Great place to stay... Staff are always courteous and respectful,, it's always clean it's got a very good Mexican restaurant... The daytime manager Rhonda does an excellent job. Super nice and friendly...

Beautiful hotel. The best we stayed at all summer. Also, great value and customer service. Hotel has fitness room, larger pool, game room, restaurant & bar and a contintal breakfast. Hotel has cameras everywhere inside and out. We felt very secure.

Honestly a great deal--better experience than expected for ~$50. Had a single queen room on the first floor. It was very clean and had everything you might want (e.g. fridge, wifi, breakfast). Would stay again.

This is one of the best places I've been just what I expect in a hotel a nice room it's quiet hot hot water food right around the area.. staff is kind.. just real nice.

Front desk staff was great. Wish I remembered her name! Rooms was clean and the interior is a lot nicer than the area lets on.

Quiet, safe area, extremely comfortable beds and the best pillows ever, friendly staff, and very good complimentary breakfast - one of the best hotels in Youngstown, in my opinion!

We came in late last night to the two of the sweetest hotel employees. After a long day of packing, moving and driving it was a wonderfully calming experience.

Awesome as always, I love staying in this hotel when I come home because the staff is really pleasant and makes my stay special every time. I give them a 5 stars

Hotel staff was great and very accommodating when we need to change room layouts. Very clean and many amenities!

It was really nice hotel I did not swim because the pool was constantly the rooms are very nice the beds are very comfortable it's definitely a place that I would return to
