This place was FANTASTIC. It IS a cash only business, which I didn't know at the time, so make sure to stop by the ATM before you go. But the Sausage Sandwiches were fantastic, the French fries were "fair style" and perfectly cooked, and the service was top notch. Its clearly a place for the locals who seem to be down to earth and friendly people. I was from out of town but felt right at home. Will be stopping by again soon.

This place is a 3 min walk from the Tesla supercharger that we stopped at. The staff and food was amazing! We got the hot sausage sandwich which was flavorful and affordable. Definitely recommend.

Excellent sausage peppers and fries ! A true hidden gem ,great menu .Service good but she is cooking trying to serve drinks and hard to do all. Just don't be in a hurry .Great food 👍

This is a hidden gem just down the road from the Tesla Superchargera. The BLT, as well as the hot sausage sandwich, are extremely delicious. Even the fried mushrooms are most excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Food is always consistent and delicious. I've always been treated well by the staff. Highly recommend for a game of pool and a burger, only if you've never had the sausage sandwich. Low key place to have a wonderful time.

When I was in Ohio I went here everyday for the 8 months I was there. They treated me like family and like I had been coming there forever. I miss them all. I still think about their heavenly unbeatable Buffalo wings. Can honestly say no bar has hit like this one. Thank you for the memories Alumni. Maybe one day again.

Been living in girard a year and can't believe I just found this place, it will definitely be my new go to! Great food and friendly quick service. Can't recommend the wings enough.

I don't ever eat in or go to the bar... but this is my go to place for a take out sausage sandwich. Their sausage sandwich is the best. It's a flat sausage pattie with cheese and whatever else you want on it. For me it is lettuce and tomatoe.

I cannot recommend this place as a good or bad bar, because I don't know. But at the very least, grab yourself a sausage sandwich.

Been going to the Alumni for 20+years. Great food. The Sausage sandwich is legendary but any sandwich and all the food is excellent. Never know who you’ll see at the Alumni!

Best Sausage Sandwich in town

Love love love the alumni inn! If you don't feel like family when you get there, you will by the time you leave! This is a place where you can leave your purse on the bar, walk away and have no worries. Best food ever! Cheryl works hard and goes above and beyond for everyone, I wouldn't go anywhere else in Girard!

A hidden gem in the heart of Girard. The food is delicious and the people are incredibly welcoming. It's a bit small which lends to the close knit family feel.
