I can’t say enough great things about Lisa! She has been fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to everyone. I recently switched insurance coverage and Lisa has made the entire process easy. Lisa has went above & beyond in helping with the transition, even logging on at 9:30pm from home to process the transition to ensure I would have coverage when the previous expired at midnight. Thankful for a great agent like Lisa!!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle Alexander, she is stellar! She helped me with an issue involving a third party that was negatively impacting my coverage. Had she not gotten involved and taken the lead, I have no doubt I would still be struggling to figure out how to fix the issue. Michelle went over and above to help me, she stayed in daily contact with me letting me know the steps she was taking to get the issue resolved, even on her day off! Many, many thanks to Michelle!

Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff. They need a street sign on the road, I spoke to a few residents of West Milton, Ohio 45383 and they said they've lived in West Milton, Ohio all their life and wasn't even AWARE OF THIS AGENCY, OR WHERE " NORTH" IS. I was told it's a "Township" WHO REPRESENTS TOWNSHIPS BECAUSE WEST MILTON, OHIO 45383 needs someone to step in on their behalf and HELP them get issues resolved....because "WHOEVER " is representing them, NOBODY EVEN KNOWS THAT!!!¡¡!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this comment n PLEASE HELP WEST MILTON, OHIO 45383...it's basically a little town A LOT of people DO THE BEST THEY CAN DO....WITH WHAT THEY'VE GOT..AWESOME,PEACEFUL place to live.
