Oak Street Health Warwick Primary Care Clinic

Everyone is very professional and helpful there. I have been to doctors offices that the workers are so impersonal and treat you like a number. It is not that way at Oak Street Health. The only problem is I am not use to not being able to reach the local office. I am not thrilled with that but I will adjust. The positives outweigh any negative. I would recommend without hesitation. They're caring and helpful.

I have recommended several friends and relatives who have become clients of Oak St Health. My experience 3/6/2024 was excellent as usual. Everyone is personable professional , efficient and competent.

I’m impressed with the very short wait time, then Patricia Doolin took her time with me to get me back on track with my A1C. I moved from Florida back to Rhode Island in October and my Medicare plan would not cover me so I’ve been without all my medications since the end of October. I loved my doctor in Tampa but Patricia is checking me for Afib and took care to get me back on most of my meds. She took time to listen and is doing more than my doctor in Tampa did. I used to see my doctor in Tampa every three months but for only 15 minutes. Patricia talked to me and went over everything which took about an hour including the ZioXT which took about 15 minutes or more with, I can’t remember her name, she seemed like she was from the islands based on the accent. So far I’m loving Oak St Health.

Always polite and doctor is very understanding and respectful, also takes her time to answer my questions and explains everything.

Dr. Franklin took a great deal of time explaining to me details from my recent hospital admission. She and all employees I dealt with are knowledgeable, so caring and professional.

Great reception, clean and professional facility and staff. Good experience with provider. Appreciated professionalism. Appreciated activities available for patients.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. I was impressed with the warm atmosphere, the 40 minutes allowed to meet with the doctor, and the proactive approach to wellness ( ie, quarterly vs annual appointments.)The organization impressed me too - the Welcome visit, followed by blood work 3 weeks later, and a full physical one week after the blood work. I would highly recommend Oak Street Health

I was very happy with the time they spent with me and. I liked the doctor she was very nice and I can't wait to go back. And I can't believe that my doctor told me not to go there when I gy the letter from them a year ago they are very nice people

Dr. Mackey Fowler spent a long time reviewing my records and discovered the results of a MRI that the hospital did not inform me about. Hopefully her recommendations will be very helpful. Her script has relieved a lot of pain and I start PT soon. My husband saw her too and we were very impressed.. We would recommend her highly.

Apt was 1040 had Expected to be leaving by 11 + . I didn't need the meeting prior to see Dianna. But I can understand the system and the importance of this process for alot of people. Of course the reason for me switching to Oak is Dianna Wright- worth the drive from Narragansett. Also like the frequent follow up s.

I walked in (am registered there) to set an appointment with the doctor.

The receptionist team noticed that I was in discomfort and arranged for me to be immediately seen by an LPN.

In few minutes I was escorted to the back and given excellent treatment

I recently switched providers and very pleased to say, I love OAK ST. HEALTH STAFF. They are very thorough. NP Patricia Doolin is very compassionate and understanding. Staff stays in constant contact between visits. I like that very much.

All my visits here have been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and professional and respectful. My primary care professional, Wanda Pothier, has been excellent. She is very thorough and eager to make sure my health concerns are addressed. I am very satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend them. My prescriptions are handled correctly and in a timely manner. They take appointments and times seriously. I do not believe I have had more than a 10 minute wait. When I email, I get a response quickly. When they tell you you will get a phone call for an appoint or referral, etc, you get that phone call and soon.

The girls at the front desk are very friendly especially Madison. Most of the girls working in the back are pleasant. Katherine Obara was attentive to my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable with her at all times! I also feel she is generally concerned about my health and assertive to take proper action. My one concern may be the wait time, but it was an afternoon appointment and I imagine you could run behind by then. Without a doubt, I would recommend oak street to family and friends.
