Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my first time eating in at Chilis and I’d say it was amazing service, friendly staff, food arrived hot and fast, and the environment was very clean and bathrooms was aswell.

Great food and service. Was sitting at the bar with Michael being the bartender. Place was busy but he proceeded to give excellent service to us and others even though the restaurant became chaotic and busy. Manager with purple hair greeted us and gave us a good experience too. Host and runners were wonderful. This place deserves to be recognized for their great manager, bartender, host and other staff on 3/16/24. Good job chilis i will be coming back

We stopped coming here awhile ago but decided to give it another try, and let me tell me tell you this place has really turned around!! from the second we walked in we felt welcomed everyone was so polite. Our server Michael was excellent, extremely polite and attentive he got everything right and timed everything perfectly. The manager derek visited our table and was super nice to us and made us feel even more welcome we told him how much better this place is from what we remember. All around we had a great time here and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back more often, so glad we gave this place another try!

Absolute the best time. Service from Michael, Olivia, and Tina were outstanding!! They really made a great impact on our dinner out. I’d come back just for their friendly personalities.

Alex met us right away. Our food was all delicious. Our server was polite and responsive. All of the staff were kind and friendly. People complain it's all kids that work here. We all started from somewhere. And our food was delicious and fresh. We eat out all the time and love to try new places. Our favorite for the area is chills. "All" the staff smiled and were all very professional. I highly rate this. For a restaurant chain I give them a five star rating.

I hadn't been here in forever. I was a lil bummed out by the atmosphere at first: I remembered it being bustling with a bunch of crap on the walls —eclectic and fun. Maybe I'm confusing it with another restaurant. Either way the atmosphere was okay, I do like the warm lights above each table, feels cozy.

Our server was outgoing and eccentric, rocking a mullet and a turtle neck. He was very friendly and helpful.

The food exceeded expectations. I got a combo plate thingy that came with some baby back ribs (classic 😎), jalapeno sausage, street corn, fries, and pulled pork quesadilla. I finished it all, it was delicious. I felt like a lil piggy by the end, in a good way. My girlfriend's shrimp fajita was great too: it came out sizzling and tasted fresh. She was happy with it because not only was it tasty, it was a lower calorie meal too.

There was a child at another table who had his bare feet dangling over spilled mac and cheese on the floor. That was upsetting to look over and see, but not out of line for expectations.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised by everything!

The waitress was super nice and attentive. The food was delicious! They have a special that includes a drink (sodas or tea), two sides, and entrée starting at $10.99. Great food and you can't beat that deal!!

Yes every time I come in here, Michael is always welcoming with a smile and good service. The place can be crazy busy, and he's just has this great positive attitude and a great worker. There is one person that works here that has no personality and is extremely rude but he definitely makes up for it. You also have the best guacamole that I've ever had, the flavor of the beeris great tasting and I love your carne asada.Also I forgot to mention, Kara is great as well. Very friendly, and very attentive that's the way they should all be but unfortunately there's one that isn't

I love coming to Chili's the food is good the service is even better the atmosphere not so much. They need to fix that restaurant and make it look like the one in Smithfield I don't know why they don't. It's very dreary. What they lack in atmosphere they make up for in the great people that work there. Shout out to Michael, Karry, Betty Jo,Meg,Sam,and Kara.

Michael was our server at the bar, his attention was a 15, our drinks and food came to us as we would have wished, he’s extremely professional and entertaining, we will be returning just to meet him again.

Our waitress was exceptional and very attentive. Our meals were delicious. The restaurant was very clean.

Chilli's never disappoints! Great for date nights, family day, and self care days. They serve great tasting comfort food. For those looking for budget friendly meals, they have 1for $10 and 2 for $20 3 course meals. The customer service is always on point, even the manager will happily serve you. Chilli will always be the perfect place to eat!

Staff is friendly, food came out hot and quick. Love coming here!

Stopped in for a bite and a pint, and wasn't disappointed. Even the bartender who'd only been on the job 2 weeks was on point. Can't wait to go back!
